Keyshawn was exceptional in providing us with the necessary information for buying our Telluride. He was committed in providing us with all the different options (e.g. sometimes moving several cars to allow us to see the exact car we wanted) available to us. Keyshawn even came in on his day off to show us the car we wanted to purchase. Thank you so much!

I went to Oakes Kia looking for a pre-owned vehicle recently and I was really impressed by how nice and laid back all of the staff were, particularly Madie, who worked really hard to meet the specifications of what I was looking for and answering all my questions thoroughly. She also never once made me feel pressured or rushed into anything that wasn't right for me and that really put my mind at ease. Above and beyond customer service with a really efficient and quick process made a really stressful decision feel easy. I will definitely be back again to work with her specifically when I'm looking to upgrade again.

Recently, my wife had her car stolen! A very nice lady referred me the the service manager Mike. He saved us a bunch of money!! Great service!! I highly recommend!!
After taking my car to the dealership I bought it and they had to send it to a licensed Kia dealership, Fernando Perez took really good care of me and my car. He was friendly and courteous.
Karen Sanchez was our salesperson. She was professional, and answered all our questions. She even walked me (senior citizen!) through some of the technical aspects of the car! If you are looking for a Kia and visit Oakes Kia in North Kansas City, ask for Karen Sanchez. She’s lovely!
The entire staff at Oakes Kia are wonderful and they really take pride in providing the best service to the customer when it pertains to performing maintenance on a vehicle or either selling the customer a new vehicle. I have been patronizing Oakes Kia for a few years and the service has always been great and it keeps getting better.

Chip is the only reason I felt comfortable buying a Kia and why I would refer my friends and family to this Oakes dealership! He is a great communicator and tracked down the exact make/model/trim/color combo I wanted. He was fantastic and made the process as easy as it could be without any pressure. I also want to shout out Darah in used car acquisitions for making me aware of Oakes in the first place because she is the one who made the initial reach out to me about my trade in. If it weren’t for her, I probably wouldn’t have looked at Kia in the first place. Thanks to you both for helping me get my dream *mom* car and making me feel good about bringing my business to this dealership. I visited multiple Kia dealerships around the area and spoke to several out of state. Oakes’ transparent pricing and customer service by Chip made it a no brainer to keep my business local. Well done everyone.
For the pricing of the vehicle, I feel like it was not honest. The pricing was online for 500 below asking price and at the dealership the pricing was higher. In the long run the dealership did Honer the price that was online.
Derrick was great to work with. He was timely and thoroughly explained the purchase options, the pricing and then 'training' us on the technology of the new vehicle at delivery.

Caleb is knowledgeable and easygoing which means we didn't ever feel any pressure when looking for our new purchase. He was thorough in his explanations of things, especially the various features of the car, and he was friendly and relaxed. I would definitely work with Caleb again.
Dillon did a great job in listening to what we were willing to do and not willing to do in terms of additional warranties on our purchase. In the end he came up with a package that was amenable to us. And he never pressured us one way or the other.
