I ended up buying the second car, and I have already referred a relative who is looking to buy a new car in the next few weeks.
Everything was upfront when dealing with Travis and Rick. They were completely fair with the price of the vehicle I purchased and the amount they gave me for my trade-in. I was very hesitant about buying a used car but I can't even tell the car I bought was used! The staff was very friendly and Gerardo was my sales associate. Non commissioned car lots are the way it should be as it makes the car buying experience soo much better. I'm a female and sometimes when I step on a car lot I feel like I'm getting pressured for a sale and associates telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about/don't know what I want. This was not the case here at all! I was out of town when I found the car I liked and Gerardo actually made me a personalized walk through video and sent me the link! He went above and beyond what was expected and was laughing and joking with me the entire time. No stress and no pressure, just how car buying should be. I purchased a bumper to bumper extended warranty and am very happy with that as well. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Gerardo to anyone looking to purchase a car in the future.

Within couple of hours I booked the car, went through their loan process and got pre approved. Flew in next day (they were ready to ship the car, but since this was my first out of state buying experience, wanted to go there and see) completed the paper work in less than an hour and was on my way back.
