I made the drive from Columbia Missouri all the way to north KC to get my new Kia. I had been disappointed with the Kia brand because my local dealer sales and service teams have been disappointing... But what a refreshing surprise it was to work with Oakes Kia and Dom Taibi. From the get-go I told him my price point. And my family wants and needs. Dom put the work for us and worked for me. Not for a bonus, not for a dealer. For my price point and my needs. His knowledge of the product and the financial tools available to us was fantastic and him and his team came through with a great offer. I would recommend Dom and Oakes to anyone looking for a new Kia in mid Missouri. They got a great selection of used vehicles too. Including our end of lease EV9 with brand new tires!

Del was absolutely fantastic from the moment we walked into the door. He was pleasant, accommodating and extremely helpful. We walked into one location having a handful of cars in mind to look at and after looking at several, he was accommodating to meet us at another Oakes location to look at more vehicles. Purchased a used jeep via my salesman Travis Petrovich in which most communication was done online and text. Travis went above and beyond to make this transaction a smooth one via a long distance purchase. Got to the dealership, finalized paperwork, were an hour into our journey home and check engine light came on. It was a sensor and a fluke thing that can happen with any used vehicle at any dealership. This is in no way a reflection on the dealership. With that said, they went above and beyond to resolve the issue and customer service was outstanding all the way around. My jeep was then delivered to me once they were confident it had fully been resolved. Very pleased with Travis’s customer service and constant communication. Fully answered every single question. Also, happy with the dealership itself and how everything was handled. We have young drivers in our household and can see us being repeat customers for sure.

Lorraine and Will were great to deal with and helped me get into my new Kia Sportage!! This dealership has helped my family members out before and they earned another sale from me, Will was amazing and helped Iron out some wrinkles caused by a different manager, but he got involved with Lorraine, he listened to my concerns, and got it resolved within minutes, Lorraine then sealed the deal and helped me finish the process to get into my first new car ever, I left very happy in the end and I can see myself coming to buy another car in the future!! My wife and I went for a 2nd look at a used Audi that you were selling. Bailey Boggs spent lots of time with us through the whole process. I went to take another look at the car and ask lots of questions. We even brought one of our dogs. Bailey was patient with us, and very knowledgeable. After a short period of time, we were able to easily come to an agreement on price. Everyone we had dealings with were very nice and helpful but the entire process took 5 hours, so go prepared to be there half a day. Oakes Kia really surprised me. We visited hoping they could make a deal to get me out a vehicle I did not like and into something that meets my current needs. We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.

Lyric was very nice and knowledgeable. My only feedback is it felt like meeting with him took forever.
