Had an awesome experience buying a car with Dustin Hazlett. Bailey Boggs, thanks for Not dicking us around XD (Dont worry Google. This verbiage was pre-approved, just like our financing!) To say we are beyond grateful for Bailey is an understatement. I've had many terrible experiences at Dealerships before. I'm not afraid of walking away from a car I was dead set on if the dealer is full if it. But not at Oakes Kia. When I called for an appointment to see a pre-owned car, Taylor took me seriously. When I asked to be placed with someone who knows their stuff and won't waste my time, she set me right with Bailey Boggs. Bailey is down to earth, kind, patient with my extensive list of questions, and confident in her knowledge of cars. If she doesn't have the answer off the top of her head, she is quick to find the truth rather than just blowing smoke. Bailey made finding and buying the right car for our family comfortable. She made us feel welcome, even with a 3 year old making her desk look like a playground. We drove away with the exact car, with the exact price, and the exact financing we wanted. They seem amazing, till you buy a vehicle. It seems you stop existing. After spending over 6hrs here and them trying to push a Chevy with hidden rust in the rockers they push a rental on us w/o offering the same truck that benefits us the best. The people here take only their interest into consideration and I would strongly advise anyone to go somewhere else.

We had a really great experience buying our car. My husband is very picky, but Dominic was super patient and went above and beyond to help us get exactly the car we wanted. We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.

Working with Bryan was great. He was super personable and made everything super quick and easy! I would 1000% work with Bryan again and recommend anyone I know to work with him! Lyric was very nice and knowledgeable. My only feedback is it felt like meeting with him took forever. It was already 7pm and I sat in his office for over an hour, which made me get home super late in the evening. I feel like the process definitely could be sped up.
