I made the drive from Columbia Missouri all the way to north KC to get my new Kia. I had been disappointed with the Kia brand because my local dealer sales and service teams have been disappointing... But what a refreshing surprise it was to work with Oakes Kia and Dom Taibi. From the get-go I told him my price point. And my family wants and needs. Dom put the work for us and worked for me. Not for a bonus, not for a dealer. For my price point and my needs. His knowledge of the product and the financial tools available to us was fantastic and him and his team came through with a great offer. I would recommend Dom and Oakes to anyone looking for a new Kia in mid Missouri. They got a great selection of used vehicles too. Including our end of lease EV9 with brand new tires!

Being a little older, I have bought quite a few cars through the years. I can honestly say Chuck Henn is at the very top of my list in terms of providing a great shopping experience. We were nervous going in to buy a used car, but Bailey Boggs made the whole process easy and pain free. She helped us welcome, comfortable, and normal in a sales environment. Before we were even at the dealership, Bailey Boggs was already helping us find the right vehicle for us and checking in with us. We immediately came in and she was down to earth and real with us from the get go. Amazing sales person to work with, she made it fun and non intimidating, we even got to work a bit with James Dignan, and he and Bailey were able to get us into the KIA K5, the car we absolutely loved, even though we were working with difficult circumstances. We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.
