I made the drive from Columbia Missouri all the way to north KC to get my new Kia. I had been disappointed with the Kia brand because my local dealer sales and service teams have been disappointing... But what a refreshing surprise it was to work with Oakes Kia and Dom Taibi. From the get-go I told him my price point. And my family wants and needs. Dom put the work for us and worked for me. Not for a bonus, not for a dealer. For my price point and my needs. His knowledge of the product and the financial tools available to us was fantastic and him and his team came through with a great offer. I would recommend Dom and Oakes to anyone looking for a new Kia in mid Missouri. They got a great selection of used vehicles too. Including our end of lease EV9 with brand new tires!

Let me start by saying I’m a girls girl. I called to buy a Kia Carnival. I specifically asked to only work with women. Bailey, was such an amazing sales person. From the time that you walk in till the time that you drive away, she makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Any time that she thought you might look confused or unaware she paid attention enough to ask if there was any other questions or to even make a comment that you felt or looked uncomfortable. Was there something that she could answer better or better explain. Bailey went above and beyond her job as a sales person to make sure that my daughter who is expecting a baby was able to get the car that she came in for. We went expecting to get a used car and we left with my daughter and a brand new car . Bailey is not your normal sales person. That’s just there for a paycheck. Bailey truly cares about her customers and the outcome of where they’re going to be months from now. I’m putting them in a car. She asked the right questions she gets the right answers and it shows in her work. That she could afford. typical sales person Shirley just care about what they make on a cell. Bailey takes the time to get to know her customers to know what they want and what their needs are and where they need to be issue bases her sale on that. Never once did we feel pressured or pushed in any different direction than the direction that we wanted to go in even after the Cell, she called to make sure that everything was OK to see if there was anything else that we would need or that she could help us with And was truly happy for us no matter what car it was that we got. We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.

Working with Bryan was great. He was super personable and made everything super quick and easy! I would 1000% work with Bryan again and recommend anyone I know to work with him! Lyric was very nice and knowledgeable. My only feedback is it felt like meeting with him took forever. It was already 7pm and I sat in his office for over an hour, which made me get home super late in the evening. I feel like the process definitely could be sped up.

They were not pushy and explained everything well. The only problem I had was doing the closing over the phone. Being sent lots of documents to sign on a small phone screen in a short amount of time was a bit overwhelming for me. All in all, it was a good process.
