Bailey Biggs and Jim Dignan were great from the time my wife and I walked into Oakes Kia. We were taken care of through the whole car buying experience, including answering all my questions, an extended test drive, looking for vehicles from other cities, and various financing options. In the end, I would only buy a Kia from Oakes Kia.

I went in to Oakes Kia to see about purchasing a vehicle. I did not have an appointment and I was referred to Blake. I can't say enough about his communication skills, knowledge of the Kia vehicles, his degree of hospitality, and courtesy. He did a great job. Blake listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and the price range I was comfortable with. He went out of his way to find the vehicle that I purchased. Blake was absolutely GREAT! Blake didn't give up on trying to find me the perfect vehicle! He worked at it tirelessly for over a month! Once we found the right vehicle, the rest of the process was smooth sailing. I was able to come and pick up my car with no hassle whatsoever and was in and out in under like an hour. I made the drive from Columbia Missouri all the way to north KC to get my new Kia. I had been disappointed with the Kia brand because my local dealer sales and service teams have been disappointing... But what a refreshing surprise it was to work with Oakes Kia and Dom Taibi. From the get-go I told him my price point. And my family wants and needs. Dom put the work for us and worked for me. Not for a bonus, not for a dealer. For my price point and my needs. His knowledge of the product and the financial tools available to us was fantastic and him and his team came through with a great offer. We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.

Easy to deal with, very thorough in explanation of warranties. I would’ve liked to know the price of the warranties before getting to finance, so that I know the price is constant and didn’t go up due to down payment/ negotiation.

Very pleasant to deal with, got busy but everyone was still extremely nice from the woman who helps to take care of the great waiting room to my service man. Working with Bryan was great. He was super personable and made everything super quick and easy! I would 1000% work with Bryan again and recommend anyone I know to work with him! Lyric was very nice and knowledgeable. My only feedback is it felt like meeting with him took forever. It was already 7pm and I sat in his office for over an hour, which made me get home super late in the evening. I feel like the process definitely could be sped up.

They were not pushy and explained everything well. The only problem I had was doing the closing over the phone. Being sent lots of documents to sign on a small phone screen in a short amount of time was a bit overwhelming for me. All in all, it was a good process.
