I made the drive from Columbia Missouri all the way to north KC to get my new Kia. I had been disappointed with the Kia brand because my local dealer sales and service teams have been disappointing... But what a refreshing surprise it was to work with Oakes Kia and Dom Taibi. From the get-go I told him my price point. And my family wants and needs. Dom put the work for us and worked for me. Not for a bonus, not for a dealer. For my price point and my needs. His knowledge of the product and the financial tools available to us was fantastic and him and his team came through with a great offer. We were at a different Kia dealership earlier today (Shawnee mission) and it was a terrible experience. We came to Oakes and installed were greeted by Jonah. Jonah was very professional and very friendly. He worked hard to get us a great deal and the exact car we wanted. He helped out throughout the entire process and even explained the car head to toe. We had a really great experience buying our car. My husband is very picky, but Dominic was super patient and went above and beyond to help us get exactly the car we wanted. He even went to another dealership to get it for us, which we really appreciated. Carlos in finance was also a big help—he worked with us to get the monthly payment where we wanted it. Overall, everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process way easier than we expected. Definitely recommend!

Working with Bryan was great. He was super personable and made everything super quick and easy! I would 1000% work with Bryan again and recommend anyone I know to work with him! Lyric was very nice and knowledgeable. My only feedback is it felt like meeting with him took forever. We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.

Working with Bryan was great. He was super personable and made everything super quick and easy! I would 1000% work with Bryan again and recommend anyone I know to work with him! Lyric was very nice and knowledgeable. My only feedback is it felt like meeting with him took forever. It was already 7pm and I sat in his office for over an hour, which made me get home super late in the evening. I feel like the process definitely could be sped up.

They were not pushy and explained everything well. The only problem I had was doing the closing over the phone. Being sent lots of documents to sign on a small phone screen in a short amount of time was a bit overwhelming for me. All in all, it was a good process.
