We had a great experience working with Oakes Kia in Olathe! Ryan was super helpful and great to work with. He sent us pictures of him in the Telluride models we were looking at to see if the space would work for our family and answered all of our questions before we came in to buy. He had the ones we wanted to look at waiting for us when we arrived and because of his help we drove down from north KC. Courtney with financing was also wonderful to work with!

Came here with a 19 Stinger to trade in for an IS 350 F SPORT RWD Fully loaded and they beat out the price of the actual lexus dealership!!!! The Lexus dealer wanted the same price for double the miles and less features. If you can get in contact with Dom Braswell, this guy is amazing. He hooked me up big time, super friendly and transparent and willing to help and answer any questions. Gave me a fair price on the stinger with 89.8k miles evaluating a trade at $15k but after trade in discounts on the new car it really ends up being closer to $18k. I ended up with a better car with less miles in the end and couldn’t be happier.

I had some bad hail damage to my vehicle and was tired of it looking dingey. On top of that we were in desperate need of more space for our ever-growing family. My wife and I were hesitant to go into car dealerships from previous experiences. The whole thing has left a bad taste in our mouth but we decided to give it another shot! I bought an amazing Lexus GX 550 from Oakes Kia yesterday and had a great experience working with Jonah Hale. The entire process was very low pressure, which I really appreciated. He was straightforward, easy to work with, very knowledge, and answered all of my questions. They also gave me a very fair value on my trade-in, which made the deal even easier to move forward with. When it came to financing, the rate they offered was about the same as what I would have gotten if I had gone out and secured financing on my own, which showed they were being competitive and transparent. Overall it was a smooth, professional buying experience. I’d definitely recommend Jonah and the team at Oakes Kia if you’re in the market for a vehicle.

My husband and I just bought a Kia EV6 used with Brian. This was one of the best auto purchasing experiences we have had! Brian was such a great person to work with! He helped us set up all of the stuff ahead of time since we had to drive two hours to get to the dealership. He also knew so much about the vehicle that we were purchasing, including the specific specs about the exact vehicle that we were purchasing and not just information about the EV6 generally. He took the time to sit down to us and talk to us about all the things about the car, but then also during waiting times He was still just such a great host and a great communicator about everything going on with the process. Everything was done so quickly so seamlessly he talked us through everything. He stayed a little bit late just to make sure everything went through before we left. It was seriously the best buying experience we could’ve asked for! We got a great deal! Had a quick and easy experience! And we would recommend!

I made the drive from Columbia Missouri all the way to north KC to get my new Kia. We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.

Working with Bryan was great. He was super personable and made everything super quick and easy! I would 1000% work with Bryan again and recommend anyone I know to work with him! Lyric was very nice and knowledgeable. My only feedback is it felt like meeting with him took forever. It was already 7pm and I sat in his office for over an hour, which made me get home super late in the evening. I feel like the process definitely could be sped up.

They were not pushy and explained everything well. The only problem I had was doing the closing over the phone. Being sent lots of documents to sign on a small phone screen in a short amount of time was a bit overwhelming for me. All in all, it was a good process.
