I made the drive from Columbia Missouri all the way to north KC to get my new Kia. I had been disappointed with the Kia brand because my local dealer sales and service teams have been disappointing... But what a refreshing surprise it was to work with Oakes Kia and Dom Taibi. From the get-go I told him my price point. And my family wants and needs. Dom put the work for us and worked for me. Not for a bonus, not for a dealer. For my price point and my needs. His knowledge of the product and the financial tools available to us was fantastic and him and his team came through with a great offer. We had a really great experience buying our car. My husband is very picky, but Dominic was super patient and went above and beyond to help us get exactly the car we wanted. He even went to another dealership to get it for us, which we really appreciated. Carlos in finance was also a big help—he worked with us to get the monthly payment where we wanted it. We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.

Blake Reynolds was very professional, knew exactly what i was looking for! 2022 Mazda 2.5 engine red seats, black rims carbon fiber. Blake also worked with my budget told him the price i wanted to pay per month and he got my exactly what i wanted to pay per month for my car. Lacey did such a great job showing us the car before hand with our personalized video that we knew who to look for before we got to the dealership, and we knew exactly what to expect with the car. She did a great job with the credit application as well. Ramzi also did a fantastic job explains our financing options, warranty, and GAP insurance. Oakes Kia really made us feel welcome and were able to work with us to meet our financial needs. I would highly recommend working with them if you’re in the market for a new car! Overall, it was a great experience test driving and purchasing a new car at Oakes Kia. Angel was very knowledgeable and helped put me in the exact car that I wanted and at the price I wanted, too.
