I made the drive from Columbia Missouri all the way to north KC to get my new Kia. I had been disappointed with the Kia brand because my local dealer sales and service teams have been disappointing... But what a refreshing surprise it was to work with Oakes Kia and Dom Taibi. From the get-go I told him my price point. And my family wants and needs. Dom put the work for us and worked for me. Not for a bonus, not for a dealer. For my price point and my needs. His knowledge of the product and the financial tools available to us was fantastic and him and his team came through with a great offer. I would recommend Dom and Oakes to anyone looking for a new Kia in mid Missouri. They got a great selection of used vehicles too. Including our end of lease EV9 with brand new tires!

Let me start by saying I’m a girls girl. I called to buy a Kia Carnival. I specifically asked to only work with women. Bailey Boggs, thanks for Not dicking us around XD (Dont worry Google. This verbiage was pre-approved, just like our financing!) To say we are beyond grateful for Bailey is an understatement. I've had many terrible experiences at Dealerships before. I'm not afraid of walking away from a car I was dead set on if the dealer is full if it. But not at Oakes Kia. When I called for an appointment to see a pre-owned car, Taylor took me seriously. When I asked to be placed with someone who knows their stuff and won't waste my time, she set me right with Bailey Boggs. We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.

Working with Bryan was great. He was super personable and made everything super quick and easy! I would 1000% work with Bryan again and recommend anyone I know to work with him! Lyric was very nice and knowledgeable. My only feedback is it felt like meeting with him took forever. It was already 7pm and I sat in his office for over an hour, which made me get home super late in the evening. I feel like the process definitely could be sped up.

They were not pushy and explained everything well. The only problem I had was doing the closing over the phone. Being sent lots of documents to sign on a small phone screen in a short amount of time was a bit overwhelming for me. All in all, it was a good process.
