I made the drive from Columbia Missouri all the way to north KC to get my new Kia. I had been disappointed with the Kia brand because my local dealer sales and service teams have been disappointing... But what a refreshing surprise it was to work with Oakes Kia and Dom Taibi. From the get-go I told him my price point. And my family wants and needs. Dom put the work for us and worked for me. Not for a bonus, not for a dealer. For my price point and my needs. His knowledge of the product and the financial tools available to us was fantastic and him and his team came through with a great offer. I would recommend Dom and Oakes to anyone looking for a new Kia in mid Missouri. They got a great selection of used vehicles too. Including our end of lease EV9 with brand new tires!

Emma and Conner in the service department did a great job working on my vehicle. Even though parts took a while to arrive due to the holiday, Emma kept me informed and worked her hardest to get it back to me before Christmas. Emma even helped keep my kids preoccupied while picking the car up so they wouldn’t see the Christmas presents in the back. Conner got my car fixed fast and recorded a detailed recommended service video for me which I appreciated, plus it was very informative! All in all, good job!

OMG!!! Travis Petrovich is the bomb!!!! Travis came and picked me up on his way to work! Told him I didn't know you all picked people up,he said we don't really, I just didn't want you to miss out on getting the Ford you wanted. I was like wow thank you I appreciate you for doing that. Everyone was amazing!!! For a moment I thought I wasn't going to get what I wanted due to the bank but the financial team worked it out. I drove away in the ride I wanted with a smile on my face. We love the way they run their business - they’re one of a very small number of dealerships in the metro that pay their sales agents salaries instead of commissions, and we didn’t feel like we were pressured or like they were upselling us things we didn’t want or need. Chuck, our sales agent, was phenomenal to work with. He was so helpful, did a great job communicating, and got us exactly what we were looking for. He was just an overall nice person, which made for a lovely experience. Lyric, the finance manager, was fantastic as well. We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.

Working with Bryan was great. He was super personable and made everything super quick and easy! I would 1000% work with Bryan again and recommend anyone I know to work with him! Lyric was very nice and knowledgeable. My only feedback is it felt like meeting with him took forever. It was already 7pm and I sat in his office for over an hour, which made me get home super late in the evening. I feel like the process definitely could be sped up.

They were not pushy and explained everything well. The only problem I had was doing the closing over the phone. Being sent lots of documents to sign on a small phone screen in a short amount of time was a bit overwhelming for me. All in all, it was a good process.
