Oakes Auto Back-to-School Giveaway: Investing in Our Teachers

Back-to-school season is here, and at Oakes Auto, we wanted to celebrate the people who make the biggest difference in our students' lives - our teachers. Throughout August, we invited the community to nominate local educators on our Facebook page for a chance to receive $250 to use toward their classrooms. The response was incredible, with dozens of heartfelt nominations submitted!
And the Winners Are…
Six amazing teachers were randomly selected as this year's giveaway winners - from districts like Smithville and North Kansas City. Each one received $250 to help purchase supplies, resources, or anything else to set their students up for success this school year.
Why We Do It
Teachers spend countless hours and often their own money to make sure students have what they need to thrive. This giveaway is our way of saying thank you for their hard work, dedication, and the lasting impact they create in our communities.
