I went to Oakes Kia looking for a pre-owned vehicle recently and I was really impressed by how nice and laid back all of the staff were, particularly Madie, who worked really hard to meet the specifications of what I was looking for and answering all my questions thoroughly. She also never once made me feel pressured or rushed into anything that wasn't right for me and that really put my mind at ease. Above and beyond customer service with a really efficient and quick process made a really stressful decision feel easy. I've bought vehicles from a bunch of places in Kansas City. Some still here and some gone. But this has been the easiest experience. It was by far the fastest in and out experience I've ever had, I almost made their 1 hour guarantee but there were some issues that slowed it down a bit.
