I went to Oakes Kia looking for a pre-owned vehicle recently and I was really impressed by how nice and laid back all of the staff were, particularly Madie, who worked really hard to meet the specifications of what I was looking for and answering all my questions thoroughly. She also never once made me feel pressured or rushed into anything that wasn't right for me and that really put my mind at ease. After taking my car to the dealership I bought it and they had to send it to a licensed Kia dealership, Fernando Perez took really good care of me and my car. He was friendly and courteous.

I worked with Chip when I bought my f250 he was a really cool guy. One of the higher ups was rude but I didn’t let that effect my experience.

Karen Sanchez was our salesperson. She was professional, and answered all our questions. She even walked me (senior citizen!) through some of the technical aspects of the car! If you are looking for a Kia and visit Oakes Kia in North Kansas City, ask for Karen Sanchez. She’s lovely!

The entire staff at Oakes Kia are wonderful and they really take pride in providing the best service to the customer when it pertains to performing maintenance on a vehicle or either selling the customer a new vehicle.  I have been patronizing Oakes Kia for a few years and the service has always been great and it keeps getting better.

The dealership got me in and out and a decent speed. I was happy with my experience. Could tell my car was cleaned in a rush. Would’ve rather done it myself.

I will visit Oaks Kia soon, to figure out how to open the car if the battery is dead. I also will likely buy a spare tire.

The car buying process went very smoothly, Taylor is a great salesman. my issue is with finance, the address on my title was screwed up initially, so I had to get that changed and due to oakes screwing up the address I still haven't gotten my payment book from the credit union. Besides that, the vehicle i traded in still shows up on my credit karma account as if I still owe on it and traded it in on September 16th.
