We worked with Lacy Nichole today. She was friendly and very helpful when purchasing our KIA Sorento. She greeted us at the door with a smile. The car ready for us to test drive before we got there The service perks of buying a car from Oakes are nice as well. I needed to get gas as soon as we left, but that’s minor compared to other car buying experiences I’ve had with other dealers. I highly recommend Oakes Kia and will definitely buy future cars here!
I went in to look at a car I saw on line. Unfortunately when I got there the car was gone. Steven showed me a few different cars and helped me till I found one that I liked.
Travis is really THAT guy. Went in looking at a used 2021 and left in a brand new off the lot 2025. He really hooked me up. Very nice and fun to talk to. 10/10 recommend using Travis when you’re in the market for a new car!

Lacey was awesome! Helped us find the all the things we were looking for and helped us navigate a huge snow storm to get the right vehicle from another dealership. Talked us through the pros and cons of all the features and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need/wouldn’t work for us.
I just got a new car from Oakes, and the experience was awesome. Chip was extremely informed, and was helpful when it came to matching my personal needs. My family has now purchased two cars from Oakes, and we would highly recommend them, especially Chip!

We did not buy a car here but it wasn’t the dealer that was the reason. Went over lunch and they were having trouble finding my salesman who I was emailing so a manager stepped in to help. When the right individual showed up he nicely handed me off. They got both cars I wanted to drive with a minimum of issue. It was one of the most caring and well organized people experiences I had looking for a car. The only thing, they left me in this weirdly dingy space filled with cubes. Rethinking the customer experience to at least have a simple lounge and not only workers personal space would help. The dealer also is one of the most disorganized of the ones from the outside, and that includes one under active construction. They take you down the back side of the dealer to do test drives which is barely one lane wide road, they have their cars parked in what is clearly customer parking and so on. Reorganizing the entire dealership would help them look more serious.
Kevin Roth was an excellent representative of Oakes Kia. My problem was the finance person using my city as my street and I didn’t catch it as he went too fast. However, Karen Suarez corrected the next week when I was back in to get more info from Kevin on the tech side of car. Karen was kind and reassuring that address was corrected. I’d give her highest rating along with Kevin. Not sure exactly what Meagan had to do with my purchase other than introducing herself. I was told that someone from service would contact me and so far that has not happened. I got a survey from them on recent service which I responded to that the only service I’d received was when Kevin put the correct amount of air in my tires. I will be making another appointment with Kevin to go over more features once weather is good. I’m hoping for a long and satisfactory experience with Oakes, especially since I bought the 5 year service plan and 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. Will someone from service be contacting me to set appointment for first oil change in 5-6 months??

Jake Hartl was very helpful and patient with me. From the moment I got on lot to the days in between to final sale he was great. The person who handled my financing was also amazing, patient, answered all our questions and very friendly.

I went to Oakes Kia looking for a pre-owned vehicle recently and I was really impressed by how nice and laid back all of the staff were, particularly Madie, who worked really hard to meet the specifications of what I was looking for and answering all my questions thoroughly. She also never once made me feel pressured or rushed into anything that wasn't right for me and that really put my mind at ease. Above and beyond customer service with a really efficient and quick process made a really stressful decision feel easy. I will definitely be back again to work with her specifically when I'm looking to upgrade again.

We were very happy with the professionalism of everyone we dealt with through the transaction. We felt everyone was genuine and didn’t use the normal hard sell other dealerships use. We will buy again from Oakes.
We purchased our car from Oaks Kia with Chips' help November 2023. He was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, informative, helpful and patient. He never once made us feel like we were just a paycheck for him. We liked him and Oaks Kia so much that when we thought we needed to get a new car last year they were the first place we thought of going. We got to work with Chip again which we were really happy about. We didn't even realize it right away but we ended up going there the same day that we had bought our car the year before! While we didn't end up getting a car this time around we had just as good of an experience as last time. We will be back in a few months to start the car buying process again and will be working with Chip!
I have bought and sold more than 200 cars in my lifetime and I have purchased many many vehicles at dealerships. Once in a while you run across a dealership that really is a pleasure to di business with. I have bought from 3 other kia dealers, but never Oakes. It was nice to have a honest transaction at a place that was not predatory and that would rather make a deal that was acceptable to the customer rather than trying to bully their way into the customers pocket with front end xx products and fake xx discounts that you "don't qualify for". Nobody appreciates that and it's a horrible way to treat a customer. They found a way to get me what I wanted for my trade by using rebates and vehicle discount rather than haggling with me to get the very most they could have. That's a good way to do business and I will certainly go there first for my next Kia purchase. Also, my sales person was very friendly and didn't try to use even one annoying word track sales approach with me.
Lyric was great! No pressure, laid back. He listened to what we wanted and didn’t want. He arranged for us to drive 3 different models - 2 times. We were Very happy working with Lyric.
