Everything was smooth and easy from the test drive to the paperwork. I felt like he did a great job helping us feel comfortable and finding the perfect sorento for our family! I went to Oakes Kia looking for a pre-owned vehicle recently and I was really impressed by how nice and laid back all of the staff were, particularly Madie, who worked really hard to meet the specifications of what I was looking for and answering all my questions thoroughly. She also never once made me feel pressured or rushed into anything that wasn't right for me and that really put my mind at ease. Above and beyond customer service with a really efficient and quick process made a really stressful decision feel easy. I've bought vehicles from a bunch of places in Kansas City. Some still here and some gone. But this has been the easiest experience. It was by far the fastest in and out experience I've ever had, I almost made their 1 hour guarantee but there were some issues that slowed it down a bit. Chip, Christian, and Ramzi, thanks for being good to work with, and actually honoring the price on your website and then some!

After taking my car to the dealership I bought it and they had to send it to a licensed Kia dealership, Fernando Perez took really good care of me and my car. He was friendly and courteous.

I worked with Chip when I bought my f250 he was a really cool guy. One of the higher ups was rude but I didn’t let that effect my experience.

Karen Sanchez was our salesperson. She was professional, and answered all our questions. She even walked me (senior citizen!) through some of the technical aspects of the car! If you are looking for a Kia and visit Oakes Kia in North Kansas City, ask for Karen Sanchez. She’s lovely!

Tim Hodde is the most knowledgeable car salesman I have ever met. He was also incredibly helpful. The one thing I disliked was that after the deal was reached, I felt as though the other people at the dealership kept pushing me to purchase additional items I kept telling them I did not want.

I had purchased a car last year from Kia was not pleased and had some issues and just decided to trade it and then I met Lyric and he really took the time to listen to my concerns paid attention to what I was concerned about and put me in a car that I was much happier with I haven’t driven it very much yet but it is much more comfortable more my style of car I’m 75 years old. I like comfort I don’t feel like you’re on the floor of the car when you hit a bump Lyric was excellent. Took a long time with me. Help me move stuff over into the car. The world would be much better off with more sales people like Lyric.

Everyone was very polite and kind. Good people make a big difference! And honesty is the most important thing as a buyer that i look for

Kevin Roth was an excellent representative of Oakes Kia. My problem was the finance person using my city as my street and I didn’t catch it as he went too fast. However, Karen Suarez corrected the next week when I was back in to get more info from Kevin on the tech side of car. Karen was kind and reassuring that address was corrected. I’d give her highest rating along with Kevin. Not sure exactly what Meagan had to do with my purchase other than introducing herself. I was told that someone from service would contact me and so far that has not happened. I got a survey from them on recent service which I responded to that the only service I’d received was when Kevin put the correct amount of air in my tires. I will be making another appointment with Kevin to go over more features once weather is good. I’m hoping for a long and satisfactory experience with Oakes, especially since I bought the 5 year service plan and 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. Will someone from service be contacting me to set appointment for first oil change in 5-6 months??
