I cannot recommend Oakes Kia enough! My car search began online, like most people’s do. That led me to another dealership to test drive a car, and honestly, that experience was horrendous. The pressure, the back-and-forth negotiating, and the overall experience were such a nightmare that we ended up walking away. Then I found Oakes Kia online. I started messaging with Christian and explained to him what my previous experience had been like. He went above and beyond my expectations from the very beginning. He sent me a personal video of the vehicle I was interested in, gave me real upfront pricing, and was always quick and consistent with his responses. After messaging back and forth, I finally decided to make the drive up the next day. And I am SO glad I did! Today, I walked out of Oakes Kia with a brand-new car that was actually within my budget — and I experienced ZERO pressure sales tactics. The entire process was straightforward, honest, and honestly just enjoyable. A huge thank you to Christian and the Oakes Kia team for making what I expected to be a stressful experience into such a positive one. After my first dealership experience, I was dreading starting the process again, but Christian completely changed my mind about car buying. Exceptional, doesn’t describe well enough the service we received from Bailey! She listened to my needs, and actually cared about what I had to say. The small details she remembered from one day to the next blew my mind! She made me and my family feel at home, and even gave my three kids I had with me little mementos! We had a great experience purchasing our new Telluride from Oakes Kia of Olathe. Marion Martinez was great to work with throughout the process. He was friendly, helpful, easy to work with, and I would highly recommend asking for Marion if you’re shopping for a vehicle. We had some back and forth on the numbers, as you’d expect when buying a car, but the sales manager was easy to work with and ultimately we felt we received a fair deal on both the vehicle and our trade. The process never felt overly pressured. Darren Iverson handled the final paperwork and did a great job as well. He explained everything clearly, was efficient, and there was no pressure to purchase warranties or any other additional products. We appreciated how smoothly he got everything wrapped up. Overall, we had a great experience with Oakes Kia of Olathe and would definitely recommend Marion and the team.

He was friendly, helpful, easy to work with, and I would highly recommend asking for Marion if you’re shopping for a vehicle. We had some back and forth on the numbers, as you’d expect when buying a car, but the sales manager was easy to work with and ultimately we felt we received a fair deal on both the vehicle and our trade. The process never felt overly pressured. Darren Iverson handled the final paperwork and did a great job as well. He explained everything clearly, was efficient, and there was no pressure to purchase warranties or any other additional products. We appreciated how smoothly he got everything wrapped up. The service staff is always friendly and kind! However, there seemed to be some higher management there that walked through without acknowledging that I was there and speaking very unprofessionally. I have never seen them at the dealership before and they were in suit jackets and seemed to be visiting the dealership.

Great service and easy to drop off and pick up. My only watch out was that I wasn't able to make it to pick up my car before service closed (which is totally on me), and they offered to leave my keys at reception, which I accepted. When I got there though, my paperwork and keys were just sitting out for anyone to grab as they walked by. I would have preferred if they were put away somewhere and someone was at the front desk to hand them to me.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions. The measure of a person really shows when there is nothing to gain but you give it your all anyways ❤️

Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

Everyone was very kind to us. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They were very efficient and patient. They answered all our questions, and we had a lot (teenager car)! They do not work on commissions so there was no pressure, no hassle, and no xx! Best experience I have ever had at a dealership!

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. Appointment set for today at 0715 but dropped off last night to Corey. Got text at 1330 that all was completed. Picked up at 1530 and visited with Corey. He is definitely a keeper! 1. Attention to detail 2. Courteous 3. kept timely updates 4. Explained all work 5. Walked me to vehicle to make certain I wasn't blocked in. This is how Customer Service should be---Thanks

Brought '25 Telluride in for two recalls. Kayleigh greeted me immediately with a smile and explained how long the work would take. It took less than the hour she estimated. She came to the waiting area and processed me out. Easy peezy.

We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Ryan was professional, knowledgable and patient. Was not considering a hybrid, but with his slight convincing, we are glad we did. I was amazed at how Ryan was able to work multiple deals and still took care of our needs. Undoubtably it was because of Ryan that we purchased our first Kia. We have purchased 7 Hondas since 2001. With Ryan's superior knowledge of the product and his experience in the Auto sales industry we are grateful to have him as our salesperson. Strongly suggest asking for Ryan O'Donnell when you are searching for your next automobile.
