I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anh. He made the entire process quick and easy. He did everything he could to get me to the price point I needed to be at. I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. No pressure environment though out the entire process. I would have no hesitation going back to purchase again.

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. He broke down models and features, answered my questions, and somehow made buying a car feel completely stress-free. No pressure, no awkward salesman nonsense, no headache!! We had an excellent buying process with Lyric Kimley at Oakes Kia. I can't say enough great things about him. He is NOT your stereotypical "car salesman." A good communicator both during the sale, and after the sale. We will definitely send customers to him in the future. Overall, a transparent negotiation with no hidden dealer add-ons or fake website incentives that don't actually exist. Be prepared for an in-depth extended warranty presentation, but it's still definitely something you can say no to.

I purchased a used 2023 Equinox from Oakes Kia last week, and the process was very smooth relative to what I've experienced with other dealerships. My sales person, Michael Rivera, was great start to finish. I started communicating with them via text a few days prior to my visit and was able to work out the pricing terms with them ahead of time. I liked that the price listed on the website was the actual asking price as I found that not to be the case with many other dealerships who tried to force unwanted add-ons onto their prices. Michael had the vehicle pulled up front and ready when I arrived so we were able to get straight into the test drive when I got there. After that, we were able to get right into the purchase as I did not have to sit for hours trying to negotiate a deal since Oakes lists their best price up front. It was certainly the fastest car purchasing process I've experienced. I worked with Karen in the finance office to finalize the deal. She was great to work with as well. I had prequalified for financing online, but she was able to get me a slightly better rate than I had expected. Overall, I'd definitely recommend purchasing a car at Oakes Kia.

Karen was phenomenal! She was kind, professional, and on top of it. Everyone at this dealership was professional and not pushy. Not to mention they have the best pricing around. We drove from Joplin to get the best deal. Whoever is running this dealership is on top of it. I was annoyed with the financing process and the guy writing every single word out on an iPad. It was repetitive and wayyyyy to time consuming. Cut that out and it would’ve been an absolute dream experience.

We just walked on the lot and it took about three minutes for lyric to come out the door and give us The detail on the automobile we were looking at. He explained everything in detail and loudest to take a drive. When he is finished with his paperwork, we were turned over to Bruce who handle the extra options available. Sales associates are well informed and easy to deal with. Kia corporate on the other hand can be bad. I have a Sorento I have been waiting over a year to fix the trailer hitch harness. You guys at corporate make it hard for the dealers
