Everyone was very kind to us. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They were very efficient and patient. They answered all our questions, and we had a lot (teenager car)! They do not work on commissions so there was no pressure, no hassle, and no xx! Best experience I have ever had at a dealership!

Cam Mathis is the guy to see here at Oakes. His helpfulness from beginning to end of the process was bar none. It was my first time buying a vehicle remotely and he made the whole process so easy. All I had to do was show up grab my keys and go get some KC BBQ, at a place he recommended as well. The whole team at Oakes seems top notch but Cam is definitely among the best.

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. Appointment set for today at 0715 but dropped off last night to Corey. Got text at 1330 that all was completed. Picked up at 1530 and visited with Corey. He is definitely a keeper! 1. Attention to detail 2. Courteous 3. kept timely updates 4. Explained all work 5. Walked me to vehicle to make certain I wasn't blocked in. This is how Customer Service should be---Thanks

I was there last Saturday and purchased my 4th new Kia from Oakes. Jonah was very eager to assist and was very helpful. He even handled my demand of test driving the car to my house to ensure it fit in my garage. After I left the lot I had something come up. I was in the market for a car and honestly expected the whole process to be stressful, but Anh made it surprisingly easy from start to finish. He took the time to figure out exactly what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured into buying something I didn't want. What I appreciated most was how genuine he was. He was knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to, which made a huge difference. It never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. It felt like he actually wanted to help me find the right vehicle and make sure I left happy. Buying a car is a big decision, and thanks to Anh, it ended up being one of the best dealership experiences I've had. We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Richard Dobbeleare in service took very great care of me. We found out there was a system error with my account but also needed my engine checked. Long story short, I was in a loaner for 40 days while the system error was corrected and received a new engine that fell under warranty. Richard made sure I did not pay a dime for my loaner since the original error was on Kia. While my car was with them, Richard communicated weekly updates with me. Anytime I have to bring my car in for maintenance, I look forward to seeing Richard. His staff is great and working with any one of them is a pleasure!

Richard Dobbeleare in service took very great care of me. We found out there was a system error with my account but also needed my engine checked. Long story short, I was in a loaner for 40 days while the system error was corrected and received a new engine that fell under warranty. Richard made sure I did not pay a dime for my loaner since the original error was on Kia. While my car was with them, Richard communicated weekly updates with me. Anytime I have to bring my car in for maintenance, I look forward to seeing Richard. His staff is great and working with any one of them is a pleasure!

Ask for either one they're super helpful and willing to answer any question you have and if they don't have an answer, they'll figure it out and get back to you ASAP. They helped me find the car. I needed and got me in it as fast as they could. Delivery was a little late but that was out of their hands And I don't hold them responsible for that for obvious reasons.

Jarrod told me that the police dept was giving out free steering wheel locks to Kia owners. I would never have known about this if he hadn’t told me. I picked one up that same day at KCPD. There has been lots of vandalism to cars and auto theft in my neighborhood, so now I feel better about the safety of my car. The waiting room was packed with people and an annoying TV program was blaring. It was like a waiting room to enter xxxx. So I walked down to the Dollar Store and CVS instead. By the time I finished my shopping and walked back, my car was ready. There were still some of the same people in the waiting room!

When I met Chelsea on the car lot it was because she came up and introduced herself to me. That was the 4th car lot zi had visited that day and she was the only person I met that worked for their company. That was when I decided to come back and ask for her help on another day. I didn't have her card so when I called to make an appt I.had to describe her and the receptionist knew who I was looking for. Chelsea is genuinely kind and she likes what she does. Because she likes what she does she is good at it. She's smart and interested in knowing her customer. She genuinely cares.

Quick got the job done in an efficient manner polite all round above average job. I did not personally talk to them as Karen took care of everything. Karen made the whole car buying experience the most pleasant of all those in the past. Karen was very knowledgeable in all areas of our slightly used Kia stinger. She took the time to first show us around at the cars we asked very time consuming for her on a rainy day but she was very concerned about a finding us a car we wanted no pressure very much like seeing an old friend. Before the test drive she showed us all the features which there were a lot of and then on the test drive showed us the features as we drove ver knowledgeable she left no questions unanswered she was very prepared as if she had been only selling these forever I just can’t say enough about her professionalism. This goes for the whole whole staff that we had contact with.

We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Good experience. Marion was easy going, non intimidating, and seems to enjoy his job. I do wish the benefits of the car were explained, but it was late and I chose not to take the time to do so.

I am very pleased with Oakes Kia. I have purchased three cars from there in the last six months. The last one I purchased was a replacement for a smaller car that I just wanted a bigger car and purchased a carnivalminivan. Lyric, Chuck, and Meaghan are outstanding. They are not high-pressure and they provide the outstanding customer support that I’m sure Kia expects from them. I feel really comfortable when I’m buying a car dealing with these three as I know that I’m getting a fair deal and they’re not giving me any malarky. I will highly recommend Oakes Kia to other individuals and ask that they see Chuck, Lyric and Meaghan. Truly outstanding group of people to work with and I’ve gone and had service their twice for oil changed already and that has been excellent also.

I was greeted when I walked in the door with a friendly smile asking how they could help me. When I was interested in test driving a car, a sales person was there shortly to help me. Listened to what I needed and I test drove the Sportage and Sorento a couple times.
