My husband and I just bought a Kia EV6 used with Brian. This was one of the best auto purchasing experiences we have had! Brian was such a great person to work with! He helped us set up all of the stuff ahead of time since we had to drive two hours to get to the dealership. He also knew so much about the vehicle that we were purchasing, including the specific specs about the exact vehicle that we were purchasing and not just information about the EV6 generally. He took the time to sit down to us and talk to us about all the things about the car, but then also during waiting times He was still just such a great host and a great communicator about everything going on with the process. Everything was done so quickly so seamlessly he talked us through everything. He stayed a little bit late just to make sure everything went through before we left. It was seriously the best buying experience we could’ve asked for! We got a great deal! Had a quick and easy experience! And we would recommend!

After one phone conversation, Dashon Adams found the perfect cars for us to test-drive when we came into the store and the first one we tried was THE one: Perfect color, features & price! He was ready for our test drive in minutes, was knowledgable, thoughtful and genuinely seemed interested in helping us make a good choice. He was patient, prompt and accurate with our paperwork. The Manager introduced himself as well as the Insurance Provider and Warranty Writer - all very friendly, welcoming and courteous - but not one of them pushy or over bearing! Such a relief! I purchased a vehicle yesterday and I had the BEST experience with Bird and Lorraine. Bird is so knowledgeable and I really appreciate him helping me every step of the way for my very first purchase with a dealership. When I decide to buy another vehicle I hope he’s still there! Lorraine was also very amazing, I was trying to rush my way out of the dealership due to personal reasoning but I’m so glad I stayed and waited because she helped me so much financially! I took a few test drives with Bailey Boggs and she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I ended up going to Ford because the Expedition had more size than the Telluride and better 4wd than the Carnival but both those vehicles were very nice. But I would be happy to buy from here in the future.

Jonah was great to work with! Made the deal quickly and I was able to get what I wanted. Not as impressed with Chris, though, as he completely changed his attitude towards me when I didn’t purchase the extended warranty. I had told him I was already part of Oakes VIP, that I didn’t want the extended, he went ahead and laid it all out for me, which I appreciated, but in the end I wasn’t going to increase my payment over $100 a month for a glorified GPS and roadside, which I already have. He seemed to become frustrated after declining and he became short and silent. At the beginning of the conversation he seemed to know about my GAP refund from my previous car, but towards the end, he all of a sudden had no information for me. Never had an issue with any other finance personnel there though, as I have been a customer since 2019.

I've visited Oakes Kia twice now for service, and have had a positive experience both times. I was visiting initially for a recall inspection + oil change and tire rotation. Service was QUICK, and the Service Advisor was very kind and efficient. They ordered the part needed for the recall, completed the other services, and sent me happily on my way. I found the charges for the oil change and tire rotation to be fair and competitive with the market. My second visit was this past week, for the installation of the part for the recall. I was quoted an extremely accurate wait time, and was given a comprehensive list of suggested services due to my Kia's mileage. The Service Advisor (Tim H.) explained these items to me in a way I could understand (not being a car expert or mechanic) AND in a way that was respectful/not condescending -- which has been a rare occurrence for me in my visits with other mechanic shops/dealerships historically. Tim also did not push me to complete or schedule those services immediately in a "sales-y" manner which I appreciated. I will be returning though, to complete those. Unrelated to the Service Advisors/Service Team: The waiting areas (there's two -- a main area with chairs, and then a smaller room that's quieter with a couple tables for people like me who needed to work!) were clean, and I was shown the restrooms, refreshment stations, and given the WiFi password without needing to ask. It's these "small things" that make or break an experience when one needs to be there for several hours.

I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. The service staff is always friendly and kind! However, there seemed to be some higher management there that walked through without acknowledging that I was there and speaking very unprofessionally. I have never seen them at the dealership before and they were in suit jackets and seemed to be visiting the dealership.

Great service and easy to drop off and pick up. My only watch out was that I wasn't able to make it to pick up my car before service closed (which is totally on me), and they offered to leave my keys at reception, which I accepted. When I got there though, my paperwork and keys were just sitting out for anyone to grab as they walked by. I would have preferred if they were put away somewhere and someone was at the front desk to hand them to me.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions. Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Ryan was professional, knowledgable and patient. Was not considering a hybrid, but with his slight convincing, we are glad we did. I was amazed at how Ryan was able to work multiple deals and still took care of our needs. Undoubtably it was because of Ryan that we purchased our first Kia. We have purchased 7 Hondas since 2001. With Ryan's superior knowledge of the product and his experience in the Auto sales industry we are grateful to have him as our salesperson.
