Everyone was very kind to us. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They were very efficient and patient. They answered all our questions, and we had a lot (teenager car)! They do not work on commissions so there was no pressure, no hassle, and no xx! Best experience I have ever had at a dealership!

Cam Mathis is the guy to see here at Oakes. His helpfulness from beginning to end of the process was bar none. It was my first time buying a vehicle remotely and he made the whole process so easy. All I had to do was show up grab my keys and go get some KC BBQ, at a place he recommended as well. The whole team at Oakes seems top notch but Cam is definitely among the best.

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. Appointment set for today at 0715 but dropped off last night to Corey. Got text at 1330 that all was completed. Picked up at 1530 and visited with Corey. He is definitely a keeper! 1. Attention to detail 2. Courteous 3. kept timely updates 4. Explained all work 5. Walked me to vehicle to make certain I wasn't blocked in. This is how Customer Service should be---Thanks

I was there last Saturday and purchased my 4th new Kia from Oakes. Jonah was very eager to assist and was very helpful. He even handled my demand of test driving the car to my house to ensure it fit in my garage. After I left the lot I had something come up. I was in the market for a car and honestly expected the whole process to be stressful, but Anh made it surprisingly easy from start to finish. He took the time to figure out exactly what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured into buying something I didn't want. What I appreciated most was how genuine he was. He was knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to, which made a huge difference. It never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. It felt like he actually wanted to help me find the right vehicle and make sure I left happy. Buying a car is a big decision, and thanks to Anh, it ended up being one of the best dealership experiences I've had. We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Richard Dobbeleare in service took very great care of me. We found out there was a system error with my account but also needed my engine checked. Long story short, I was in a loaner for 40 days while the system error was corrected and received a new engine that fell under warranty. Richard made sure I did not pay a dime for my loaner since the original error was on Kia. While my car was with them, Richard communicated weekly updates with me. Anytime I have to bring my car in for maintenance, I look forward to seeing Richard. His staff is great and working with any one of them is a pleasure!

Richard Dobbeleare in service took very great care of me. We found out there was a system error with my account but also needed my engine checked. Long story short, I was in a loaner for 40 days while the system error was corrected and received a new engine that fell under warranty. Richard made sure I did not pay a dime for my loaner since the original error was on Kia. While my car was with them, Richard communicated weekly updates with me. Anytime I have to bring my car in for maintenance, I look forward to seeing Richard. His staff is great and working with any one of them is a pleasure!

Gary was great & easy to work with. As a female, sometimes we get taken for granted, but Gary was very kind! I went in thinking a used Kia was my onyl option but I left with a new Kia. He wasn't pushy, he walked me through the process & made a new car something I could actually obtain & deserved! Customer service and care is above and beyond at Oakes Kia. I would highly recommend purchasing your vehicle from Oakes. We took it upon ourselves to hand select our sales consultant and Steven Carroll did not disappoint. Steven was extremely knowledgable and responsive. He knows every products well and helped us decide between a Telluride or Carnival without any pressure. He kept us informed when inventory was coming to their dealership and in the loop on any pricing changes. For that reason, we were able to get into our vehicle instantly when it came time to buy.

Justin was a great salesman even though we made his job easy by knowing exactly what we wanted to order when we walked through the doors! He didn’t try to waiver us in any other direction and was able to get our car ordered in a timely manner. He gave us his direct contact so we could text/call and ask questions during the 3 month period he informed us it could possibly take for our vehicle to arrive. He also texts us updates throughout that waiting period. He was fun and easy going.

We were notified that the car we were wanting had come on the lot, so we drove down to Oakes. We were a little frustrated to find out the vehicle had sold before we arrived, but Justin and Jesse were incredible. Justin helped us test drive the vehicle in a different color and find another one that was coming in within a few weeks. We were off on our expected financing and Justin and Jesse were so patient and helpful, working with us for literal hours to find something we were comfortable with. We ended up going down a trim level and left the dealership comfortable with our monthly payment and excited about our new car.

First visit to the service department for scheduled maintenance. Was greeted by the service writer immediately and professionally. Service was completed in a reasonable amount of time, even though the service garage was extremely busy. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. The entire experience was painless. Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Ryan was professional, knowledgable and patient. Was not considering a hybrid, but with his slight convincing, we are glad we did. The last one I purchased was a replacement for a smaller car that I just wanted a bigger car and purchased a carnivalminivan. Lyric, Chuck, and Meaghan are outstanding. They are not high-pressure and they provide the outstanding customer support that I’m sure Kia expects from them. I feel really comfortable when I’m buying a car dealing with these three as I know that I’m getting a fair deal and they’re not giving me any malarky. I will highly recommend Oakes Kia to other individuals and ask that they see Chuck, Lyric and Meaghan. Truly outstanding group of people to work with and I’ve gone and had service their twice for oil changed already and that has been excellent also.
