I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anh. He made the entire process quick and easy. He did everything he could to get me to the price point I needed to be at. I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. No pressure environment though out the entire process. I would have no hesitation going back to purchase again.

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. He broke down models and features, answered my questions, and somehow made buying a car feel completely stress-free. No pressure, no awkward salesman nonsense, no headache!! Jarrod told me that the police dept was giving out free steering wheel locks to Kia owners. I would never have known about this if he hadn’t told me. I picked one up that same day at KCPD. There has been lots of vandalism to cars and auto theft in my neighborhood, so now I feel better about the safety of my car. The waiting room was packed with people and an annoying TV program was blaring. It was like a waiting room to enter xxxx. So I walked down to the Dollar Store and CVS instead. By the time I finished my shopping and walked back, my car was ready. There were still some of the same people in the waiting room!

When I met Chelsea on the car lot it was because she came up and introduced herself to me. That was the 4th car lot zi had visited that day and she was the only person I met that worked for their company. That was when I decided to come back and ask for her help on another day. I didn't have her card so when I called to make an appt I.had to describe her and the receptionist knew who I was looking for. Chelsea is genuinely kind and she likes what she does. Because she likes what she does she is good at it. She's smart and interested in knowing her customer. She genuinely cares.

Quick got the job done in an efficient manner polite all round above average job. I did not personally talk to them as Karen took care of everything. Karen made the whole car buying experience the most pleasant of all those in the past. Karen was very knowledgeable in all areas of our slightly used Kia stinger. She took the time to first show us around at the cars we asked very time consuming for her on a rainy day but she was very concerned about a finding us a car we wanted no pressure very much like seeing an old friend. Before the test drive she showed us all the features which there were a lot of and then on the test drive showed us the features as we drove ver knowledgeable she left no questions unanswered she was very prepared as if she had been only selling these forever I just can’t say enough about her professionalism. This goes for the whole whole staff that we had contact with.
