I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anh. He made the entire process quick and easy. He did everything he could to get me to the price point I needed to be at. I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. No pressure environment though out the entire process. I would have no hesitation going back to purchase again.

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. He broke down models and features, answered my questions, and somehow made buying a car feel completely stress-free. No pressure, no awkward salesman nonsense, no headache!! Just genuinely great service. I left with the perfect car. Reagan left with his step count absolutely DESTROYED. Ask for Reagan. You won’t regret it!

After spending over 6hrs here and them trying to push a Chevy with hidden rust in the rockers they push a rental on us w/o offering the same truck that benefits us the best. The people here take only their interest into consideration and I would strongly advise anyone to go somewhere else.

Emma and Conner in the service department did a great job working on my vehicle. Even though parts took a while to arrive due to the holiday, Emma kept me informed and worked her hardest to get it back to me before Christmas. Emma even helped keep my kids preoccupied while picking the car up so they wouldn’t see the Christmas presents in the back. Conner got my car fixed fast and recorded a detailed recommended service video for me which I appreciated, plus it was very informative! All in all, good job!

OMG!!! Travis Petrovich is the bomb!!!! Travis came and picked me up on his way to work! Told him I didn't know you all picked people up,he said we don't really, I just didn't want you to miss out on getting the Ford you wanted. I was like wow thank you I appreciate you for doing that. Everyone was amazing!!! For a moment I thought I wasn't going to get what I wanted due to the bank but the financial team worked it out. I drove away in the ride I wanted with a smile on my face. The service staff is always friendly and kind! However, there seemed to be some higher management there that walked through without acknowledging that I was there and speaking very unprofessionally. I have never seen them at the dealership before and they were in suit jackets and seemed to be visiting the dealership.

Great service and easy to drop off and pick up. My only watch out was that I wasn't able to make it to pick up my car before service closed (which is totally on me), and they offered to leave my keys at reception, which I accepted. When I got there though, my paperwork and keys were just sitting out for anyone to grab as they walked by. I would have preferred if they were put away somewhere and someone was at the front desk to hand them to me.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions. Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Ryan was professional, knowledgable and patient. Was not considering a hybrid, but with his slight convincing, we are glad we did. I was amazed at how Ryan was able to work multiple deals and still took care of our needs. Undoubtably it was because of Ryan that we purchased our first Kia. We have purchased 7 Hondas since 2001.
