Bailey, was such an amazing sales person. From the time that you walk in till the time that you drive away, she makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Any time that she thought you might look confused or unaware she paid attention enough to ask if there was any other questions or to even make a comment that you felt or looked uncomfortable. Was there something that she could answer better or better explain. Bailey went above and beyond her job as a sales person to make sure that my daughter who is expecting a baby was able to get the car that she came in for. We went expecting to get a used car and we left with my daughter and a brand new car . Bailey is not your normal sales person. That’s just there for a paycheck. Bailey truly cares about her customers and the outcome of where they’re going to be months from now. I’m putting them in a car. She asked the right questions she gets the right answers and it shows in her work. That she could afford. typical sales person Shirley just care about what they make on a cell. Bailey takes the time to get to know her customers to know what they want and what their needs are and where they need to be issue bases her sale on that. Never once did we feel pressured or pushed in any different direction than the direction that we wanted to go in even after the Cell, she called to make sure that everything was OK to see if there was anything else that we would need or that she could help us with And was truly happy for us no matter what car it was that we got. Came here with a 19 Stinger to trade in for an IS 350 F SPORT RWD Fully loaded and they beat out the price of the actual lexus dealership!!!! The Lexus dealer wanted the same price for double the miles and less features. If you can get in contact with Dom Braswell, this guy is amazing. He hooked me up big time, super friendly and transparent and willing to help and answer any questions. Gave me a fair price on the stinger with 89.8k miles evaluating a trade at $15k but after trade in discounts on the new car it really ends up being closer to $18k. I ended up with a better car with less miles in the end and couldn’t be happier.
