I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anh. He made the entire process quick and easy. He did everything he could to get me to the price point I needed to be at. I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. No pressure environment though out the entire process. I would have no hesitation going back to purchase again.

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. He broke down models and features, answered my questions, and somehow made buying a car feel completely stress-free. No pressure, no awkward salesman nonsense, no headache!! BEST Customer Experience at Oakes Kia! Karen Suarez was our Sales Consultant and she was the best of the best! Karen was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. She showed us all the features of the Kia Sportage Hybrid during our test drive and we ended up ordering the SX Prestige trim . Karen continued to give us updates on the car build. We waited 7 months for our car and it was definitely worth the wait. We worked with Cristian Arechiga on the extended warranty and he was also fantastic. The dealership gave me realistic time frames, were honest about how busy they were. In doing this, I was able to plan appropriately. The dates they gave for service and completion were accurate and did not need to be modified. Nate was very timely and efficient with notifying me by telephone, giving me accurate and concise information. Although I am no expert on automobiles and I am no mechanic, the car runs perfectly. I don’t mind that it took some time to get into the shop and serviced. The fact that they were forthright with the schedule and the quality of the work are highly commendable.

Had windshield repaired by outside vendor who was quick and guaranteed work. During that time, spoke with Dan Baxtor who actually listened. Was very competent, accommodating, and thorough. Pulled my vehicle up on the screen and reviewed all service work that had been performed by Oakes. Unfortunately, it did not include the brakes and why an appointment for warranty work is scheduled. Feel comfortable he will ensure the issue is resolved. Cannot say the same about some other service departments.

Large good, clean selection of certified inventory. 1st time ever saw a CarFax report for an intended purchased vehicle that allowed me to learn a considerable amount of history. Everyone was friendly, Don was very accommodating. Felt more comfortable purchasing a vehicle from the dealership than online, from an individual, or auction which is much more of a crapshoot. With a Certified used vehicle Oakes Kia places their reputation on the line which they appear to actively maintain. Need to follow-up on a small item that was discussed during negotiations which I foresee being resolved by their service department.

Gary was professional, not pushy, but very knowlegable and helpful. Also, his communication with us while we sere waiting for the car to arrive was very good.
