I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anh. He made the entire process quick and easy. He did everything he could to get me to the price point I needed to be at. I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. No pressure environment though out the entire process. I would have no hesitation going back to purchase again.

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. He broke down models and features, answered my questions, and somehow made buying a car feel completely stress-free. No pressure, no awkward salesman nonsense, no headache!! Just genuinely great service. I left with the perfect car. Reagan left with his step count absolutely DESTROYED. Ask for Reagan. You won’t regret it!

Bleak powers collision center manager is one of the great people at oaks. Not only is she for the people, but she does her job the right way. We love the way they run their business - they’re one of a very small number of dealerships in the metro that pay their sales agents salaries instead of commissions, and we didn’t feel like we were pressured or like they were upselling us things we didn’t want or need. Chuck, our sales agent, was phenomenal to work with. He was so helpful, did a great job communicating, and got us exactly what we were looking for. He was just an overall nice person, which made for a lovely experience. Lyric, the finance manager, was fantastic as well. He listened to what we said and helped us find the right warranty package for our budget and needs. We’d recommend Oakes Kia!

Bailey was PHENOMENAL!!! She was very knowledgeable and didn’t have to look at a computer for every answer—she obviously has taken time to learn her “product” and be able to speak to the customer and not through a computer. She made us feel comfortable and was very transparent through the entire process. I had such a wonderful experience after my first meeting with her that I told my husband for all our follow up questions to request Bailey. Our salesperson, Gloria, was incredible: personable and professional, knowledgeable about our models of interest and comparable makes and models, helpful and respectful of our wishes and timeline. She walked us through the vehicle and helped us set up our app. The only thing we didn’t like was the long wait we had for the final financing paperwork, but it was also the tail end of a very busy day at the dealership. After a few days, Gloria followed up to see if we needed anything, and the service department reached out to us and got us on the schedule for the first routine maintenance. I definitely recommend this dealership.

My headlight went out while driving. Shawnee Mission Kia had none. They said Oakes Kia did. I drove up there and pulled into the service area. Before I was even a customer, a man came and vacuumed my floorboards. Then Bryan Morales said yes we can fix that today ("Black Friday ") and he took my key. Called the night before to get an appointment to try and get a new car. Travis met me at the doors ready to help. We sat down and I told him what I wanted and didn't want and went from there. Travis couldn't have been more accommodating and super nice. When I said that I had to leave for lunch because I was running late, again, super patient and made certain that I was able to get to lunch with my family on time. Both Travis and Karen were so great in how they handled everything from A to Z. Travis finished everything up on Monday with a quickness and I was out the door with my new car. The service staff is always friendly and kind! However, there seemed to be some higher management there that walked through without acknowledging that I was there and speaking very unprofessionally. I have never seen them at the dealership before and they were in suit jackets and seemed to be visiting the dealership.

Great service and easy to drop off and pick up. My only watch out was that I wasn't able to make it to pick up my car before service closed (which is totally on me), and they offered to leave my keys at reception, which I accepted. When I got there though, my paperwork and keys were just sitting out for anyone to grab as they walked by. I would have preferred if they were put away somewhere and someone was at the front desk to hand them to me.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions. Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Ryan was professional, knowledgable and patient. Was not considering a hybrid, but with his slight convincing, we are glad we did. I was amazed at how Ryan was able to work multiple deals and still took care of our needs. Undoubtably it was because of Ryan that we purchased our first Kia. We have purchased 7 Hondas since 2001. With Ryan's superior knowledge of the product and his experience in the Auto sales industry we are grateful to have him as our salesperson.
