I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anh. He made the entire process quick and easy. He did everything he could to get me to the price point I needed to be at. I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. No pressure environment though out the entire process. I would have no hesitation going back to purchase again.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Jim Morris! Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. He broke down models and features, answered my questions, and somehow made buying a car feel completely stress-free. No pressure, no awkward salesman nonsense, no headache!! Just genuinely great service. I left with the perfect car. Reagan left with his step count absolutely DESTROYED. Ask for Reagan. You won’t regret it!

I don't usually write reviews but I have to today! Stacy Blohm in sales, the used car manager and the finance manager took such good care of me in an emergency. I can't say enough good things about them. I am a traveling medical worker and my vehicle was damaged (not by me). The repair was going to cost several thousand dollars on an older vehicle. I cannot do my job and see my patients without a safe running vehicle and this incident being unexpected, I was not exactly financially prepared. This team went above and beyond to get me into a beautiful, safe vehicle large enough for my equipment and worked very hard to get it in my price range. Then to top it off they added coverage they knew I would need because I dive so much. This team not only positively affected the quality of my life, but because of them I did not miss even one shift! I walked in at 10am and was out by 1. I didn't have to send strangers to my patients or leave them without care. With all my heart, thank you guys! My family will be using you for our vehicle purchases from now on.

I recently purchased a vehicle with the assistance of Stacy Blohm and she was fantastic to work with. After my first test drive, they had a trade-in offer for my car and a break down with my final payment I'd be facing ready in about 45 minutes. They also gave us a 5-day period to consider everything, where they would still honor the original trade-in price. Upon returning to buy the vehicle a few days later, Stacy remembered us and got the process started quickly. The process to get financing was very fast and stream-lined, and we had emails with copies of everything and access to our loan before we left the dealership. Stacy also followed-up afterwards with helpful videos, explaining some of the new features on my car that were new to me. Overall, it was a great experience and I'm thrilled with my new car!

The service staff is always friendly and kind! However, there seemed to be some higher management there that walked through without acknowledging that I was there and speaking very unprofessionally. Great service and easy to drop off and pick up. My only watch out was that I wasn't able to make it to pick up my car before service closed (which is totally on me), and they offered to leave my keys at reception, which I accepted. When I got there though, my paperwork and keys were just sitting out for anyone to grab as they walked by. I would have preferred if they were put away somewhere and someone was at the front desk to hand them to me.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Ryan was professional, knowledgable and patient. Was not considering a hybrid, but with his slight convincing, we are glad we did. I was amazed at how Ryan was able to work multiple deals and still took care of our needs. Undoubtably it was because of Ryan that we purchased our first Kia. We have purchased 7 Hondas since 2001.
