I live in Columbia Missouri, made the drive all the way to KC as Dominic and his crew offered me a terrific deal on a brand new Kia carnival. The whole crew was top notch. From the people at the front door to the guys from service I met during the visit. They hooked me up with a great car and we discussed several service packages that made sense for our way of driving, while removing those that didn't make sense. We had some hiccups during the lease end and delivery, but the management team and Dom worked together and coordinated with my wife to find out the best way to solve it, with the help of our Columbia dealer.

The Guys in Oakes Kia Parts allowed me to borrow their lug nut wheel locking key so that I could put non-locking wheel lug nuts on my 2024 Kia Sorento X-Line. I could not find the original wheel locking nut key that came with the car when I bought the car new, nor could I find the code for the original locking key so that I could purchase the correct sized key as a replacement. Thanks so much Guys for understanding my situation and letting me borrow your key locks!!! I will rotate my tires this Friday and promptly return your wheel lock keys. You Guys really worked with me and for that I am extremely grateful!!

This is my 2nd time buying a vehicle from Oakes Kia and it was an amazing experience from start to finish, even after the initial purchase! I worked with Logan Gaynor and he was so kind, very professional, and not at all pushy. They gave me a hell of a deal on my new car, much better of a deal than any other Kia dealership in the area was willing to give me! A few days after buying my new Kia, I had discovered there were a few hail dings on it. No big deal, I figured it was from recent storms in the KC area and it had just not been discovered by the dealership at that point. It happens. So, I messaged Logan and he was prompt in his response and assured me they would take care of it. I went ahead and got an estimate, had the work done to repair the hail dings and sent over the invoice to the dealership. They had a check out to me soon after, no questions asked. This is how you treat a customer! I will be doing business with them again in the future when I'm looking for my next vehicle, without a doubt! 11/10 recommend. Kudos to Logan and Oakes Kia for making me feel like a valued customer.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions. The measure of a person really shows when there is nothing to gain but you give it your all anyways ❤️

Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

Very happy with my experience here. Everyone was very friendly in general - not aggressive or pushy like previous dealerships I have been to in the past. Blake and his trainee Brooke were amazing. Blake was juggling multiple things - running around in this awful heat - but still happily filled and got multiple cars for me to test drive and answered all my questions (and questions my husband sent me with haha). They spent a better part of the afternoon with me, making sure I was confident and happy with my decision. To my surprise, Blake encouraged me to test drive a vehicle different than the one I thought I was in love with based on what I described I was looking for, (and my husband actually told me I’d end up in), and curse them both, they were right! But, I absolutely love it and couldn’t be happier. Thanks Blake and Brooke!

Cam Mathis is the guy to see here at Oakes. His helpfulness from beginning to end of the process was bar none. It was my first time buying a vehicle remotely and he made the whole process so easy. I brought my 2023 Seltos in for the first oil change, and I also had a concern about a check engine light that came on and later went off. Jarrod checked me in and gave me a tour of the service center waiting area and let me know that they would check for any stored codes. My vehicle was ready in about an hour. Jarrod went over everything that they did and said that there were no stored codes and everything checked out ok. He was very pleasant and did not try to mansplain things to me, which can be rare when you are a single woman dealing with car stuff. The one negative I have isn't related to Jarrod or my service appointment, but more at the lack of ability to contact anyone at the dealership to ask questions. When I had a check engine light come on in my brand new vehicle, that's a bit concerning. I pulled the active code myself and it was a cylinder 2 misfire. I wanted to call and ask if I should bring it in asap or if it could wait a few days. I called the main number and was routed to the service center. The only option it would give me was to be texted a link to make an appointment or to leave a message. I left a message but no one ever called me back, who knows where my message went. I understand it's a busy dealership and service center, but it would be nice to be able to get a call back for something that could be minor or something serious.

Had my 60,000 mile service after buying my car from the dealership. When buying a car from them you get 2 years of service free (Typical service things like oil change tire rotation etc.) It was easy to schedule online and I was able to schedule it within the next week. It only took an hour to complete which was great. Once it was finished because everything they did was free all they did was hand me the paperwork for what they did and I was able to be on my way. looking forward to my next 3 vehicle services at Oakes

Karen and the crew were excellent to work with!!! Karen went over and above helping us with the vehicle. There was only one key fob with the vehicle and we thought surely there were two since the owners had the vehicle for nine years. Karen put out the extra effort in trying to find the additional key fob by calling the trade-in customer to see if they had a second key. The trade-in customer told Karen that it had been turned in. Karen talked with the sales person who took the trade in and found the additional key fob. This probably saved us $300 to $400 for a programed key fob plus labor. She didn’t have to make the call to the trade in customer but she put out the extra effort by calling the customer (she didn’t have to, she had already made the sale). This was exceptional customer service and we really appreciated her extra effort! Not to discount the others at Oakes Kia, everyone there they did an excellent job, including the finance and deal negotiations employee (embarrassed I can’t remember his name) but he was very pleasant and helpful and we were extremely pleased with the service we received! The entire staff made our sale enjoyable, and we were a super happy customer. We would strongly recommend Oakes Kia to all our friends and family. Best of luck to all of you in the future!!! The sales team was great. The finance department is where they try to rip you off. They want to sell you expensive packages. Even when we said no, they still insisted on running through all their "deals". The financing through KIA was nice however. But people already know they are going to get ripped off at a car dealership so maybe they should stop doing the service packages that are not an actual good deal. The detail department did ok, the car was prepped very quickly so I guess I cant complain, the rag they used left tiny scratches on the paint. otherwise it was ok.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions. The measure of a person really shows when there is nothing to gain but you give it your all anyways ❤️

Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. Appointment set for today at 0715 but dropped off last night to Corey. Got text at 1330 that all was completed. Picked up at 1530 and visited with Corey. He is definitely a keeper! 1. We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Ryan was professional, knowledgable and patient. Was not considering a hybrid, but with his slight convincing, we are glad we did. I was amazed at how Ryan was able to work multiple deals and still took care of our needs. Undoubtably it was because of Ryan that we purchased our first Kia. We have purchased 7 Hondas since 2001. I am very pleased with Oakes Kia. I have purchased three cars from there in the last six months. The last one I purchased was a replacement for a smaller car that I just wanted a bigger car and purchased a carnivalminivan. Lyric, Chuck, and Meaghan are outstanding. They are not high-pressure and they provide the outstanding customer support that I’m sure Kia expects from them. I feel really comfortable when I’m buying a car dealing with these three as I know that I’m getting a fair deal and they’re not giving me any malarky. I will highly recommend Oakes Kia to other individuals and ask that they see Chuck, Lyric and Meaghan. Truly outstanding group of people to work with and I’ve gone and had service their twice for oil changed already and that has been excellent also.
