I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anh. He made the entire process quick and easy. He did everything he could to get me to the price point I needed to be at. I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. No pressure environment though out the entire process. I would have no hesitation going back to purchase again.

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. He broke down models and features, answered my questions, and somehow made buying a car feel completely stress-free. No pressure, no awkward salesman nonsense, no headache!! Just genuinely great service. I left with the perfect car. Reagan left with his step count absolutely DESTROYED. Ask for Reagan. You won’t regret it!

My service advisor, Jarrod, provided prompt updates, managed my expectations about the diagnostic timeline, and offered fair, transparent pricing. He even followed up by text to confirm communication and kept me informed without overpromising. Amazing service from Travis! I went in wanting a 2026 K5 and walked out with a beautiful 2025 k4, he’s very honest and open about what he thinks works best for the situation you’re in and makes you very comfortable with any car you want to look at. He makes sure you don’t get f’d over with payments and that the car is cleaned and filled before you leave with it. Very respectful person and i recommend him to any new buyer!

Purchased a used jeep via my salesman Travis Petrovich in which most communication was done online and text. Travis went above and beyond to make this transaction a smooth one via a long distance purchase. Got to the dealership, finalized paperwork, were an hour into our journey home and check engine light came on. It was a sensor and a fluke thing that can happen with any used vehicle at any dealership. This is in no way a reflection on the dealership. With that said, they went above and beyond to resolve the issue and customer service was outstanding all the way around. My jeep was then delivered to me once they were confident it had fully been resolved. Very pleased with Travis’s customer service and constant communication. Fully answered every single question. Also, happy with the dealership itself and how everything was handled. We have young drivers in our household and can see us being repeat customers for sure.

The service staff is always friendly and kind! However, there seemed to be some higher management there that walked through without acknowledging that I was there and speaking very unprofessionally. I have never seen them at the dealership before and they were in suit jackets and seemed to be visiting the dealership.

Great service and easy to drop off and pick up. My only watch out was that I wasn't able to make it to pick up my car before service closed (which is totally on me), and they offered to leave my keys at reception, which I accepted. When I got there though, my paperwork and keys were just sitting out for anyone to grab as they walked by. I would have preferred if they were put away somewhere and someone was at the front desk to hand them to me.

Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Ryan was professional, knowledgable and patient. Was not considering a hybrid, but with his slight convincing, we are glad we did. I was amazed at how Ryan was able to work multiple deals and still took care of our needs. Undoubtably it was because of Ryan that we purchased our first Kia. We have purchased 7 Hondas since 2001. With Ryan's superior knowledge of the product and his experience in the Auto sales industry we are grateful to have him as our salesperson. Strongly suggest asking for Ryan O'Donnell when you are searching for your next automobile.
