Exceptional, doesn’t describe well enough the service we received from Bailey! She listened to my needs, and actually cared about what I had to say. The small details she remembered from one day to the next blew my mind! She made me and my family feel at home, and even gave my three kids I had with me little mementos! I can’t recommend enough using Bailey for any car purchase! My sister in law had just purchased from here, and told me that’s where I needed to go. SHE WAS RIGHT!! Bailey and Oakes Kia are amazing, I’ll never buy anywhere else again and I suggest the same for everyone else! Their care and concern plus no pressure buying is superior! We had a great experience purchasing our new Telluride from Oakes Kia of Olathe. Marion Martinez was great to work with throughout the process. He was friendly, helpful, easy to work with, and I would highly recommend asking for Marion if you’re shopping for a vehicle. We had some back and forth on the numbers, as you’d expect when buying a car, but the sales manager was easy to work with and ultimately we felt we received a fair deal on both the vehicle and our trade. The process never felt overly pressured. Darren Iverson handled the final paperwork and did a great job as well. He explained everything clearly, was efficient, and there was no pressure to purchase warranties or any other additional products. We appreciated how smoothly he got everything wrapped up. Overall, we had a great experience with Oakes Kia of Olathe and would definitely recommend Marion and the team.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anh. He made the entire process quick and easy. He did everything he could to get me to the price point I needed to be at. I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. No pressure environment though out the entire process. I would have no hesitation going back to purchase again.

We had a great experience purchasing our new Telluride from Oakes Kia of Olathe. Marion Martinez was great to work with throughout the process. He was friendly, helpful, easy to work with, and I would highly recommend asking for Marion if you’re shopping for a vehicle. We had some back and forth on the numbers, as you’d expect when buying a car, but the sales manager was easy to work with and ultimately we felt we received a fair deal on both the vehicle and our trade. The process never felt overly pressured. Darren Iverson handled the final paperwork and did a great job as well. He explained everything clearly, was efficient, and there was no pressure to purchase warranties or any other additional products. We appreciated how smoothly he got everything wrapped up. Overall, we had a great experience with Oakes Kia of Olathe and would definitely recommend Marion and the team.

Oakes what was not my first visit, but it was pleasantly my last. I had been to 2 other Kia dealerships in the Independence/Kansas City metro area. Let me say ... I was not pleased by either & horrified by my last—I walked out. Then I researched Oakes Kia, looked at stock, called & made an appointment. Glad I did! I was greeted by my sales person, Karen Suarez, walked to her desk & got right to work. Told her I was looking for a new Kai Soul, but they had none in stock. I also told her I'd look at newer used Souls. Karen found two that met my needs & we went for test drives. All during the time we were driving she was feeding me information about newer electronic/tech feature of that model, the difference between the 2 models I chose & learned a bit about each other as time passed. At no time did I feel pressured into a sale (even though I DID want to buy a car that day). Karen was warm, friendly, congenial, and well informed about the cars we drove. SHE KNEW HER STUFF! When it came time to decide & make the purchase & get an out the door cash price—the whole team was on top of it! Unlike "other dealers" Oakes Kia made the process as painless & as quick as possible. No mind games. No bait and switch. No "extras" on the invoice I did not already know about. What a breath of fresh air! Karen got ALL my questions & concerns answered & very quickly too. Once all the paperwork was complete, car paid for, and I was ready to go—Karen was kind enough to follow me to Enterprise rental to drop off my rental. She went that extra (hundred) mile(s). The whole team did. AWESOME! I don't know in all my 66 years I've ever had a MORE pleasant car purchasing experience. And That's not just hyperbole. I wasn't rushed. I was well attended to. I got all questions answered. And I ended up with a car that I was quite please with. A huge thank you to Karen Suarez for be so personable, professional, and such fun to work with! I'd highly recommend Karen, Oakes Kia, and the whole team that took care of me during this incredibly painless & productive process. Thank you ... from one very happy customer!

I worked with Nathan and he was very helpful and tried his best to get something done on my car. He opened a new case up with Kia, but Kia has been unable to fix my car. Both of the TV's on the backs of my seat rattle and my car has been in the shop 6 or 7 times for this issue. I have had 2 cases opened up with Kia headquarters and keep being told they are not sure how to fix it at this time. The first case was closed by my Rep without me knowing because I wouldn't accept his $1,000 offer. I told him I wasn't looking for money I wanted my car fixed. This issue started a month after I bought my car. I am also still having issues with the sensor on the front right side of my car, it was replaced on my last visit and still doesn't seem to be working properly. This is the first Kia I have ever bought and I have to say I have NOT been impressed at all for what I paid for my car and the issues I have had. Plus being told we don't know how to fix it, and being inconvenienced by all the trips to the dealership. Come on Kia do better!!

These guys were great ! ! I bought the car on a Saturday and of course a light went out on Sunday. I came by on Monday to finish some financing paperwork and the salesman, Bruce, came over to say hello. When I laughingly told him about the light, he immediately asked for the keys and got it changed before the paperwork was done. Not a big thing but a big thing. Thanks for the great service guys.

I brought my 2023 Seltos in for the first oil change, and I also had a concern about a check engine light that came on and later went off. Jarrod checked me in and gave me a tour of the service center waiting area and let me know that they would check for any stored codes. My vehicle was ready in about an hour. Jarrod went over everything that they did and said that there were no stored codes and everything checked out ok. He was very pleasant and did not try to mansplain things to me, which can be rare when you are a single woman dealing with car stuff. The one negative I have isn't related to Jarrod or my service appointment, but more at the lack of ability to contact anyone at the dealership to ask questions. When I had a check engine light come on in my brand new vehicle, that's a bit concerning. I pulled the active code myself and it was a cylinder 2 misfire. I wanted to call and ask if I should bring it in asap or if it could wait a few days. I called the main number and was routed to the service center. The only option it would give me was to be texted a link to make an appointment or to leave a message. I left a message but no one ever called me back, who knows where my message went. I understand it's a busy dealership and service center, but it would be nice to be able to get a call back for something that could be minor or something serious.

Had my 60,000 mile service after buying my car from the dealership. When buying a car from them you get 2 years of service free (Typical service things like oil change tire rotation etc.) It was easy to schedule online and I was able to schedule it within the next week. It only took an hour to complete which was great. Once it was finished because everything they did was free all they did was hand me the paperwork for what they did and I was able to be on my way. looking forward to my next 3 vehicle services at Oakes
