Exceptional, doesn’t describe well enough the service we received from Bailey! She listened to my needs, and actually cared about what I had to say. The small details she remembered from one day to the next blew my mind! She made me and my family feel at home, and even gave my three kids I had with me little mementos! I can’t recommend enough using Bailey for any car purchase! My sister in law had just purchased from here, and told me that’s where I needed to go. SHE WAS RIGHT!! Bailey and Oakes Kia are amazing, I’ll never buy anywhere else again and I suggest the same for everyone else! Their care and concern plus no pressure buying is superior! We had a great experience purchasing our new Telluride from Oakes Kia of Olathe. Marion Martinez was great to work with throughout the process. He was friendly, helpful, easy to work with, and I would highly recommend asking for Marion if you’re shopping for a vehicle. We had some back and forth on the numbers, as you’d expect when buying a car, but the sales manager was easy to work with and ultimately we felt we received a fair deal on both the vehicle and our trade. The process never felt overly pressured. Darren Iverson handled the final paperwork and did a great job as well. He explained everything clearly, was efficient, and there was no pressure to purchase warranties or any other additional products. We appreciated how smoothly he got everything wrapped up. Overall, we had a great experience with Oakes Kia of Olathe and would definitely recommend Marion and the team.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anh. He made the entire process quick and easy. He did everything he could to get me to the price point I needed to be at. I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. No pressure environment though out the entire process. I would have no hesitation going back to purchase again.

We had a great experience purchasing our new Telluride from Oakes Kia of Olathe. Marion Martinez was great to work with throughout the process. He was friendly, helpful, easy to work with, and I would highly recommend asking for Marion if you’re shopping for a vehicle. We had some back and forth on the numbers, as you’d expect when buying a car, but the sales manager was easy to work with and ultimately we felt we received a fair deal on both the vehicle and our trade. The process never felt overly pressured. Darren Iverson handled the final paperwork and did a great job as well. He explained everything clearly, was efficient, and there was no pressure to purchase warranties or any other additional products. We appreciated how smoothly he got everything wrapped up. Overall, we had a great experience with Oakes Kia of Olathe and would definitely recommend Marion and the team.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anh. He made the entire process quick and easy. He did everything he could to get me to the price point I needed to be at. I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. No pressure environment though out the entire process. I would have no hesitation going back to purchase again.

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. Karen and the crew were excellent to work with! !! Karen went over and above helping us with the vehicle. There was only one key fob with the vehicle and we thought surely there were two since the owners had the vehicle for nine years. Karen put out the extra effort in trying to find the additional key fob by calling the trade-in customer to see if they had a second key. The trade-in customer told Karen that it had been turned in. Karen talked with the sales person who took the trade in and found the additional key fob. This probably saved us $300 to $400 for a programed key fob plus labor. She didn’t have to make the call to the trade in customer but she put out the extra effort by calling the customer (she didn’t have to, she had already made the sale). This was exceptional customer service and we really appreciated her extra effort! Not to discount the others at Oakes Kia, everyone there they did an excellent job, including the finance and deal negotiations employee (embarrassed I can’t remember his name) but he was very pleasant and helpful and we were extremely pleased with the service we received! The entire staff made our sale enjoyable, and we were a super happy customer. We would strongly recommend Oakes Kia to all our friends and family. Best of luck to all of you in the future!!! The sales team was great. The finance department is where they try to rip you off. They want to sell you expensive packages. Even when we said no, they still insisted on running through all their "deals". The financing through KIA was nice however. But people already know they are going to get ripped off at a car dealership so maybe they should stop doing the service packages that are not an actual good deal. The detail department did ok, the car was prepped very quickly so I guess I cant complain, the rag they used left tiny scratches on the paint. otherwise it was ok.

Oakes Kia's Service staff is always personable and straight forward about the work they are doing and suggestions for additional work. I never feel like they are just trying to fatten up my bill. They provide realistic timelines for the additional repairs they have suggested which helps me prioritize car issues without busting my buget. The scheduling staff is also great and flexible!
