Aranza is the best! She worked so hard to help me and made the whole process super easy. Thanks to her, I was able to drive away with my dream car. A Subaru WRX STI. She’s bilingual, which was a huge help because my dad doesn’t speak English, and she took the time to explain everything to him in Spanish. She made the whole experience seamless for both of us. Aranza was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting me exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier highly recommend her and this dealer to anyone!

I went in to Oakes Kia to see about purchasing a vehicle. I did not have an appointment and I was referred to Blake. I can't say enough about his communication skills, knowledge of the Kia vehicles, his degree of hospitality, and courtesy. He did a great job. Cam Mathis is the guy to see here at Oakes. His helpfulness from beginning to end of the process was bar none. It was my first time buying a vehicle remotely and he made the whole process so easy. I was in the market for a car and honestly expected the whole process to be stressful, but Anh made it surprisingly easy from start to finish. Richard Dobbeleare in service took very great care of me. We found out there was a system error with my account but also needed my engine checked. Long story short, I was in a loaner for 40 days while the system error was corrected and received a new engine that fell under warranty. Richard made sure I did not pay a dime for my loaner since the original error was on Kia. While my car was with them, Richard communicated weekly updates with me. Anytime I have to bring my car in for maintenance, I look forward to seeing Richard. His staff is great and working with any one of them is a pleasure!

Well, I bought my car two months ago. The sales lady was great to work with. Take my car in for first oil, change and service department and family and fast. Then when I left, they noticed the small pedal of oil called to bring it back in and fix the filter without even asking or complaining the sub department gave me a free oil change on my VIP package. They have some service.

We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

I give a lot of credit to Oaks Kia for being able to do right by the customer. I met with Noah to look at and buy a car. Noah made the process pretty straight forward and communicated well with everything. I was greeted when I walked in the door with a friendly smile asking how they could help me. When I was interested in test driving a car, a sales person was there shortly to help me. Listened to what I needed and I test drove the Sportage and Sorento a couple times.
