Well, I made way to the dealership for service on a 2014 Soul with 97K miles on the odom that had lost its brakes. I was happily surprised to see that it had changed hands and was now an OAKES dealership. Long story short, I ended up driving out in a new 2025 Soul with 7 miles on the odom. The entire process including dealing with Josh in service and Justin in sales was everything a car buying experience should be. Easy, respectful, and honest. It should be noted that 97% of the process was accomplished via text and phone call with Justin who was great to work with. I am extremely grateful to everyone for the experience and can't speak highly enough of the OAKES ownership in Olathe - big win for us in the southland.

My wife and I went for a 2nd look at a used Audi that you were selling. Bailey Boggs spent lots of time with us through the whole process. I went to take another look at the car and ask lots of questions. We even brought one of our dogs. Bailey was patient with us, and very knowledgeable. After a short period of time, we were able to easily come to an agreement on price. Still had hours of paperwork to do, but Bailey was with us the whole time as we even traded in the car we drove over. Thanks much

We bought a car from Oakes Kia with the help of Bailey Boggs. We were pleased with the price we agreed upon. Bailey did a great job explaining the process and giving us time to think about it. Everyone we had dealings with were very nice and helpful but the entire process took 5 hours, so go prepared to be there half a day. We would certainly recommend this dealership and Bailey Boggs if you are looking for a car

I came to the dealership with an idea of the car I wanted, but I also wanted the chance to look around. I was able to do this freely without feeling pressured - just a few friendly check-ins from salespeople to make sure I was doing okay. I eventually found the car I had in mind and went inside to start the process. Kyle assisted me with everything, from the test drive to the paperwork. He was very friendly and made the process quick and easy. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ve been very happy with how smoothly everything went. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a new car!

Buying a car was not something I was looking forward to, but Travis at Oakes Kia made the process painless. I knew what I wanted when I walked into the dealership and unlike experiences I've had in the past, I did not ever feel pressured, nor did I feel ignored. I had a pretty great experience with Oakes. Jonah Hale is easily one of the best and most outgoing sales people I've ever worked with (and I was in sales for 16 years....so I greatly appreciated it). He truly went above and beyond! Greatly helped that I could do almost my entire deal over text messaging, and they didn't waste my time when I actually DID go in for things. Oakes Kia really surprised me. We visited hoping they could make a deal to get me out a vehicle I did not like and into something that meets my current needs. Gloria, our salesperson, and the team backing her didn't make promises they could not keep and did their best to get us into the car I wanted. From the last time I dealt with OAKES it was a complete 180, turning me into someone that would recommend you go in to get a car from someone who used to change the radio station when an Oakes commercial came on. Really impressed with the changes to their customer service and honesty up front.

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. The service staff is always friendly and kind! However, there seemed to be some higher management there that walked through without acknowledging that I was there and speaking very unprofessionally. I have never seen them at the dealership before and they were in suit jackets and seemed to be visiting the dealership.

Great service and easy to drop off and pick up. My only watch out was that I wasn't able to make it to pick up my car before service closed (which is totally on me), and they offered to leave my keys at reception, which I accepted. When I got there though, my paperwork and keys were just sitting out for anyone to grab as they walked by. I would have preferred if they were put away somewhere and someone was at the front desk to hand them to me.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions. Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Ryan was professional, knowledgable and patient. Was not considering a hybrid, but with his slight convincing, we are glad we did. I was amazed at how Ryan was able to work multiple deals and still took care of our needs. Undoubtably it was because of Ryan that we purchased our first Kia. We have purchased 7 Hondas since 2001. With Ryan's superior knowledge of the product and his experience in the Auto sales industry we are grateful to have him as our salesperson.
