Lyric was great to work with and explained everything about my new Telluride. He was very helpful in making sure that all my concerns and needs were met. He also said to reach out to him if there were any issues with not understanding functions of the car.. I would highly recommend Lyric to others if they’re looking for a car.. Being a little older, I have bought quite a few cars through the years. I can honestly say Chuck Henn is at the very top of my list in terms of providing a great shopping experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient with questions and professional, but he was never "pushy." All the people at Oaks Kia were great as well. They made you feel relaxed. It was like they knew they have great products at very good prices. I look forward to going back.

We were nervous going in to buy a used car, but Bailey Boggs made the whole process easy and pain free. She helped us welcome, comfortable, and normal in a sales environment. No pressure and transparent about everything. We hit a couple of road bumps with the car we didn't know we wanted, but James Dignan and Bailey went above and beyond to put us in that dream car. Even when we had settled for second best, Jim worked in the background for us, and saved the day in ways we didn't think possible. Before we were even at the dealership, Bailey Boggs was already helping us find the right vehicle for us and checking in with us. We immediately came in and she was down to earth and real with us from the get go. Amazing sales person to work with, she made it fun and non intimidating, we even got to work a bit with James Dignan, and he and Bailey were able to get us into the KIA K5, the car we absolutely loved, even though we were working with difficult circumstances. This has been the BEST car dealership experience we have had and we hope to stay working with them for a long time!! I will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone I can, the service was absolutely astounding.

I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. The service staff is always friendly and kind! However, there seemed to be some higher management there that walked through without acknowledging that I was there and speaking very unprofessionally. I have never seen them at the dealership before and they were in suit jackets and seemed to be visiting the dealership.

Great service and easy to drop off and pick up. My only watch out was that I wasn't able to make it to pick up my car before service closed (which is totally on me), and they offered to leave my keys at reception, which I accepted. When I got there though, my paperwork and keys were just sitting out for anyone to grab as they walked by. I would have preferred if they were put away somewhere and someone was at the front desk to hand them to me.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions. The measure of a person really shows when there is nothing to gain but you give it your all anyways ❤️

Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. Appointment set for today at 0715 but dropped off last night to Corey. Got text at 1330 that all was completed. Picked up at 1530 and visited with Corey. He is definitely a keeper! 1. We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Ryan was professional, knowledgable and patient. Was not considering a hybrid, but with his slight convincing, we are glad we did. I was amazed at how Ryan was able to work multiple deals and still took care of our needs. Undoubtably it was because of Ryan that we purchased our first Kia. We have purchased 7 Hondas since 2001. With Ryan's superior knowledge of the product and his experience in the Auto sales industry we are grateful to have him as our salesperson. Strongly suggest asking for Ryan O'Donnell when you are searching for your next automobile.
