I live in Columbia Missouri, made the drive all the way to KC as Dominic and his crew offered me a terrific deal on a brand new Kia carnival. The whole crew was top notch. From the people at the front door to the guys from service I met during the visit. They hooked me up with a great car and we discussed several service packages that made sense for our way of driving, while removing those that didn't make sense. We had some hiccups during the lease end and delivery, but the management team and Dom worked together and coordinated with my wife to find out the best way to solve it, with the help of our Columbia dealer.

The Guys in Oakes Kia Parts allowed me to borrow their lug nut wheel locking key so that I could put non-locking wheel lug nuts on my 2024 Kia Sorento X-Line. I could not find the original wheel locking nut key that came with the car when I bought the car new, nor could I find the code for the original locking key so that I could purchase the correct sized key as a replacement. Thanks so much Guys for understanding my situation and letting me borrow your key locks!!! I will rotate my tires this Friday and promptly return your wheel lock keys. You Guys really worked with me and for that I am extremely grateful!!

This is my 2nd time buying a vehicle from Oakes Kia and it was an amazing experience from start to finish, even after the initial purchase! I worked with Logan Gaynor and he was so kind, very professional, and not at all pushy. They gave me a hell of a deal on my new car, much better of a deal than any other Kia dealership in the area was willing to give me! A few days after buying my new Kia, I had discovered there were a few hail dings on it. No big deal, I figured it was from recent storms in the KC area and it had just not been discovered by the dealership at that point. It happens. So, I messaged Logan and he was prompt in his response and assured me they would take care of it. I went ahead and got an estimate, had the work done to repair the hail dings and sent over the invoice to the dealership. They had a check out to me soon after, no questions asked. This is how you treat a customer! I will be doing business with them again in the future when I'm looking for my next vehicle, without a doubt! 11/10 recommend. Kudos to Logan and Oakes Kia for making me feel like a valued customer.

Not only that but Dustin in accounting did everything in his power to get me a better price with better coverage as well. My experience at this location was amazing. They work hard to help get you what you need and the biggest thing is they EXPLAIN why things are the way they are and don’t leave you in the dark. I plan to get cars from here any time I need one.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions. The measure of a person really shows when there is nothing to gain but you give it your all anyways ❤️

Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

Edited: took a few months, I believe due to some possible turnover at the dealership, but I got ahold of Bruce at Oakes KIA, and he took care of us promptly. Due to his exceptional customer care, I’ve now changed my review to a “5”. As stated below, sales and service are top notch. Original review: Sadly, I must say that Veterans should look elsewhere to buy a car. I was promised a $500 KIA Veteran rebate. Since buying the new KIA Sportage Hybrid a few months ago, we've just gotten the runaround. Sad that a dealer would do this to Veterans. We love the new KIA, and the service Department at Oakes KIA is the best - simply awesome. But, I was lied to about the Veteran rebate, and that is unfortunate.

Ryan was professional, knowledgable and patient. Was not considering a hybrid, but with his slight convincing, we are glad we did. I was amazed at how Ryan was able to work multiple deals and still took care of our needs. Undoubtably it was because of Ryan that we purchased our first Kia. We have purchased 7 Hondas since 2001. Well, I bought my car two months ago. The sales lady was great to work with. Take my car in for first oil, change and service department and family and fast. Then when I left, they noticed the small pedal of oil called to bring it back in and fix the filter without even asking or complaining the sub department gave me a free oil change on my VIP package. They have some service.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions. Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. Appointment set for today at 0715 but dropped off last night to Corey. Got text at 1330 that all was completed. Picked up at 1530 and visited with Corey. He is definitely a keeper! 1. We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Ryan was professional, knowledgable and patient. Was not considering a hybrid, but with his slight convincing, we are glad we did. I was amazed at how Ryan was able to work multiple deals and still took care of our needs. Undoubtably it was because of Ryan that we purchased our first Kia. We have purchased 7 Hondas since 2001. With Ryan's superior knowledge of the product and his experience in the Auto sales industry we are grateful to have him as our salesperson. I am very pleased with Oakes Kia. I have purchased three cars from there in the last six months. The last one I purchased was a replacement for a smaller car that I just wanted a bigger car and purchased a carnivalminivan. Lyric, Chuck, and Meaghan are outstanding. They are not high-pressure and they provide the outstanding customer support that I’m sure Kia expects from them. I feel really comfortable when I’m buying a car dealing with these three as I know that I’m getting a fair deal and they’re not giving me any malarky. I will highly recommend Oakes Kia to other individuals and ask that they see Chuck, Lyric and Meaghan. Truly outstanding group of people to work with and I’ve gone and had service their twice for oil changed already and that has been excellent also.
