Great experience with Noah Phillips at Oakes Olathe. We shopped around quite a bit and Noah was by far the best salesman and most transparent we worked with. Made the process easy and relatively stress free. Will be hard to buy from any one else in future! Once we decided on a car, we were out in under 2 hours. Max in finance was great as well. We had such a great experience!! What started out as a Facebook Marketplace conversation ended up with us working with the dealership, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Nola Hunter and Noah Phillips were absolutely AMAZING to work with. They were so kind, helpful, patient and PERSONABLE through the whole process and genuinely made everything so easy for us while we figured out our game plan. My husband works long hours and we live over an hour away and they made communication so easy through texts and phone calls, even to our bankers to help make our process easier. We did have another local dealership try to basically steal us as customers, and the way they went about it was honestly pretty rude. It really made me appreciate Nola and Noah even more because they NEVER made us feel pressured or like we were just another sale, all while being confident and efficient. They were determined to work with us and figure out a deal that worked best for our family. They were just genuinely great people to work with and made the whole experience enjoyable. My husband has been pretty much anti-dealership until working with Nola & Noah and that says A LOT lol! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!! I hope their bosses see this & take them out to a fancy steak dinner because they DESERVE IT!! I've been looking at cars for a while now testing out trying to see what I liked and I found a 2024 KIA Sorento Prestige online at Oakes Kia in Olathe so I thought I'd give it a test run. This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car! My sales man Cristian was absolutely amazing! He walked me all around the car and explained all the features before I ever got behind the wheel when it came time to talk #'s he explained all the current warranties and even got me more on my trade than originally quoted even offered to fill up the tank without me asking and bought my son snacks from QT then took him on a test drive when I was filling out paperwork. Lorraine my finance advisor was able to get me a good affordable warranty and put a movie on for background noise then when it came time leave Christian help me set all my programs in the car. Seriously the best car buying experience ever may never go elsewhere.

I bought my car from Noah Phillips, and the experience was so great that I came back with my husband—and he ended up buying one too! Noah was just as fantastic the second time around. He made the entire process easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable (which is not something you hear about car buying very often!). Noah is knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and never pushy. He genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. I guess you could say he made the mistake of treating me so well the first time that we had no choice but to come back! The service staff is always friendly and kind! However, there seemed to be some higher management there that walked through without acknowledging that I was there and speaking very unprofessionally. I have never seen them at the dealership before and they were in suit jackets and seemed to be visiting the dealership.

Edited: took a few months, I believe due to some possible turnover at the dealership, but I got ahold of Bruce at Oakes KIA, and he took care of us promptly. Due to his exceptional customer care, I’ve now changed my review to a “5”. As stated below, sales and service are top notch. Original review: Sadly, I must say that Veterans should look elsewhere to buy a car. I was promised a $500 KIA Veteran rebate. Since buying the new KIA Sportage Hybrid a few months ago, we&#039;ve just gotten the runaround. Sad that a dealer would do this to Veterans. We love the new KIA, and the service Department at Oakes KIA is the best - simply awesome. But, I was lied to about the Veteran rebate, and that is unfortunate.

Great service and easy to drop off and pick up. My only watch out was that I wasn&#039;t able to make it to pick up my car before service closed (which is totally on me), and they offered to leave my keys at reception, which I accepted. When I got there though, my paperwork and keys were just sitting out for anyone to grab as they walked by. I would have preferred if they were put away somewhere and someone was at the front desk to hand them to me.

Well, I bought my car two months ago. The sales lady was great to work with. Take my car in for first oil, change and service department and family and fast. Then when I left, they noticed the small pedal of oil called to bring it back in and fix the filter without even asking or complaining the sub department gave me a free oil change on my VIP package. They have some service.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions. The measure of a person really shows when there is nothing to gain but you give it your all anyways ❤️

Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.
