Everyone was very kind to us. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They were very efficient and patient. They answered all our questions, and we had a lot (teenager car)! They do not work on commissions so there was no pressure, no hassle, and no xx! Best experience I have ever had at a dealership!

Cam Mathis is the guy to see here at Oakes. His helpfulness from beginning to end of the process was bar none. It was my first time buying a vehicle remotely and he made the whole process so easy. All I had to do was show up grab my keys and go get some KC BBQ, at a place he recommended as well. The whole team at Oakes seems top notch but Cam is definitely among the best.

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. Appointment set for today at 0715 but dropped off last night to Corey. Got text at 1330 that all was completed. Picked up at 1530 and visited with Corey. He is definitely a keeper! 1. Attention to detail 2. Courteous 3. kept timely updates 4. Explained all work 5. Walked me to vehicle to make certain I wasn't blocked in. This is how Customer Service should be---Thanks

He even handled my demand of test driving the car to my house to ensure it fit in my garage. After I left the lot I had something come up. I was in the market for a car and honestly expected the whole process to be stressful, but Anh made it surprisingly easy from start to finish. He took the time to figure out exactly what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured into buying something I didn't want. What I appreciated most was how genuine he was. He was knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to, which made a huge difference. It never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. It felt like he actually wanted to help me find the right vehicle and make sure I left happy. We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Richard Dobbeleare in service took very great care of me. We found out there was a system error with my account but also needed my engine checked. Long story short, I was in a loaner for 40 days while the system error was corrected and received a new engine that fell under warranty. Richard made sure I did not pay a dime for my loaner since the original error was on Kia. While my car was with them, Richard communicated weekly updates with me. Anytime I have to bring my car in for maintenance, I look forward to seeing Richard. His staff is great and working with any one of them is a pleasure!

We were at a different Kia dealership earlier today (Shawnee mission) and it was a terrible experience. We came to Oakes and installed were greeted by Jonah. We had a really great experience buying our car. My husband is very picky, but Dominic was super patient and went above and beyond to help us get exactly the car we wanted. He even went to another dealership to get it for us, which we really appreciated. Carlos in finance was also a big help—he worked with us to get the monthly payment where we wanted it. Overall, everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process way easier than we expected. Definitely recommend!

Bailey, was such an amazing sales person. From the time that you walk in till the time that you drive away, she makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Any time that she thought you might look confused or unaware she paid attention enough to ask if there was any other questions or to even make a comment that you felt or looked uncomfortable. Was there something that she could answer better or better explain. Bailey went above and beyond her job as a sales person to make sure that my daughter who is expecting a baby was able to get the car that she came in for. We went expecting to get a used car and we left with my daughter and a brand new car . Bailey is not your normal sales person. That’s just there for a paycheck. Bailey truly cares about her customers and the outcome of where they’re going to be months from now. I’m putting them in a car. She asked the right questions she gets the right answers and it shows in her work. That she could afford. typical sales person Shirley just care about what they make on a cell. Bailey takes the time to get to know her customers to know what they want and what their needs are and where they need to be issue bases her sale on that. Never once did we feel pressured or pushed in any different direction than the direction that we wanted to go in even after the Cell, she called to make sure that everything was OK to see if there was anything else that we would need or that she could help us with And was truly happy for us no matter what car it was that we got. Well, I bought my car two months ago. The sales lady was great to work with. Take my car in for first oil, change and service department and family and fast. Then when I left, they noticed the small pedal of oil called to bring it back in and fix the filter without even asking or complaining the sub department gave me a free oil change on my VIP package. They have some service.

Working with Bryan was great. He was super personable and made everything super quick and easy! I would 1000% work with Bryan again and recommend anyone I know to work with him! Lyric was very nice and knowledgeable. My only feedback is it felt like meeting with him took forever. It was already 7pm and I sat in his office for over an hour, which made me get home super late in the evening. I feel like the process definitely could be sped up.

They were not pushy and explained everything well. The only problem I had was doing the closing over the phone. Being sent lots of documents to sign on a small phone screen in a short amount of time was a bit overwhelming for me. All in all, it was a good process.

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. Appointment set for today at 0715 but dropped off last night to Corey. Got text at 1330 that all was completed. Picked up at 1530 and visited with Corey. He is definitely a keeper! 1. We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

I am very pleased with Oakes Kia. I have purchased three cars from there in the last six months. The last one I purchased was a replacement for a smaller car that I just wanted a bigger car and purchased a carnivalminivan. Lyric, Chuck, and Meaghan are outstanding. They are not high-pressure and they provide the outstanding customer support that I’m sure Kia expects from them. I feel really comfortable when I’m buying a car dealing with these three as I know that I’m getting a fair deal and they’re not giving me any malarky. I will highly recommend Oakes Kia to other individuals and ask that they see Chuck, Lyric and Meaghan.
