We were nervous going in to buy a used car, but Bailey Boggs made the whole process easy and pain free. She helped us welcome, comfortable, and normal in a sales environment. No pressure and transparent about everything. We hit a couple of road bumps with the car we didn't know we wanted, but James Dignan and Bailey went above and beyond to put us in that dream car. Before we were even at the dealership, Bailey Boggs was already helping us find the right vehicle for us and checking in with us. We immediately came in and she was down to earth and real with us from the get go. Amazing sales person to work with, she made it fun and non intimidating, we even got to work a bit with James Dignan, and he and Bailey were able to get us into the KIA K5, the car we absolutely loved, even though we were working with difficult circumstances. This has been the BEST car dealership experience we have had and we hope to stay working with them for a long time!! I would like to report that my experience with Bailey was better than I would expect as a 1st time walk up at Oakes. I am slow to make decisions and it was a couple weeks before I got serious. Bailey was patient with me and provided all the information I asked for in a timely but not pushy manner. I would extend a recommendation to anyone that appreciates a professional person and no games and 1st class treatment.
