Came in to Oakes Kia looking for a sorento on a budget. Lyric was able to fins us the perfect one at only 10 bucks over our budget. Everything was smooth and easy from the test drive to the paperwork. I felt like he did a great job helping us feel comfortable and finding the perfect sorento for our family! Dom was the guy who helped us out through everything! He did amazing and one thing I really liked about this place is that when you typically go to shopping for a new car the employees are pushy, that was NOT HERE at all. Very laid back talked about all the ins and out of everything , very transparent and all. I would highly recommend getting a car from here and also having Dom help you!

Tim Hodde is the most knowledgeable car salesman I have ever met. He was also incredibly helpful. The one thing I disliked was that after the deal was reached, I felt as though the other people at the dealership kept pushing me to purchase additional items I kept telling them I did not want.

After doing my research to find the best Kia dealership it was definitely Oakes Kia and the google reviews raved bout Lacey so that is the salesperson I wanted! I drove 3 hours to go to this dealership and I will tell you the reviews were the absolute truth! I think this is the best car dealership I have been too! Lacey walked me thru the whole process and explained everything to me! Seth the sales manager that valued my trade did a stellar job very fair and just great to work with! I had purchased a car last year from Kia was not pleased and had some issues and just decided to trade it and then I met Lyric and he really took the time to listen to my concerns paid attention to what I was concerned about and put me in a car that I was much happier with I haven’t driven it very much yet but it is much more comfortable more my style of car I’m 75 years old. I like comfort I don’t feel like you’re on the floor of the car when you hit a bump Lyric was excellent. Took a long time with me. Help me move stuff over into the car. The world would be much better off with more sales people like Lyric.

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. The service staff is always friendly and kind! However, there seemed to be some higher management there that walked through without acknowledging that I was there and speaking very unprofessionally. I have never seen them at the dealership before and they were in suit jackets and seemed to be visiting the dealership.

Great service and easy to drop off and pick up. My only watch out was that I wasn't able to make it to pick up my car before service closed (which is totally on me), and they offered to leave my keys at reception, which I accepted. When I got there though, my paperwork and keys were just sitting out for anyone to grab as they walked by. I would have preferred if they were put away somewhere and someone was at the front desk to hand them to me.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions. Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.
