Dillon did a great job in listening to what we were willing to do and not willing to do in terms of additional warranties on our purchase. In the end he came up with a package that was amenable to us. And he never pressured us one way or the other. In the sales area, Caleb was a great person to work with. Relaxed and friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He explained features on the car to use every time we had questions, and he offered information regarding a lot of things that we found very useful. This guy is a great asset to Oakes Kia.

Chip is the only reason I felt comfortable buying a Kia and why I would refer my friends and family to this Oakes dealership! He is a great communicator and tracked down the exact make/model/trim/color combo I wanted. He was fantastic and made the process as easy as it could be without any pressure. I also want to shout out Darah in used car acquisitions for making me aware of Oakes in the first place because she is the one who made the initial reach out to me about my trade in. If it weren’t for her, I probably wouldn’t have looked at Kia in the first place. Thanks to you both for helping me get my dream *mom* car and making me feel good about bringing my business to this dealership. For the pricing of the vehicle, I feel like it was not honest. The pricing was online for 500 below asking price and at the dealership the pricing was higher. In the long run the dealership did Honer the price that was online.

Sales associates are well informed and easy to deal with. Kia corporate on the other hand can be bad. I have a Sorento I have been waiting over a year to fix the trailer hitch harness. You guys at corporate make it hard for the dealers

Jose Ramirez was my salesperson. He did an amazing/excellent job walking me the process of finding a new vehicle that was within my price range and that suited my needs. Even though he was new and still learning, he was wonderful, and I couldn't have had a better person assisting me. He was respectful and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. He is a great asset to your sales team! I would highly recommend him. The Management Team was great as well. Another big thanks to Bruce in the Finance Dept. He rolled out the red carpet for me and was able to get a better deal than what was quoted to me. Thank you all!

Availability was soooo much better than dealership where we purchased, can be a several week delay. I drive for my employment and put on miles quickly with unpredictable accumulation of mileage. So, being able to get in on a short notice was fantastic. Wish I had purchased at Oakes to start with.

I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. He broke down models and features, answered my questions, and somehow made buying a car feel completely stress-free. No pressure, no awkward salesman nonsense, no headache!! The service staff is always friendly and kind! However, there seemed to be some higher management there that walked through without acknowledging that I was there and speaking very unprofessionally. I have never seen them at the dealership before and they were in suit jackets and seemed to be visiting the dealership.

Great service and easy to drop off and pick up. My only watch out was that I wasn't able to make it to pick up my car before service closed (which is totally on me), and they offered to leave my keys at reception, which I accepted. When I got there though, my paperwork and keys were just sitting out for anyone to grab as they walked by. I would have preferred if they were put away somewhere and someone was at the front desk to hand them to me.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions. The measure of a person really shows when there is nothing to gain but you give it your all anyways ❤️

Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Ryan was professional, knowledgable and patient. Was not considering a hybrid, but with his slight convincing, we are glad we did. I was amazed at how Ryan was able to work multiple deals and still took care of our needs. Undoubtably it was because of Ryan that we purchased our first Kia. We have purchased 7 Hondas since 2001.
