Mike Stinnett really went above and beyond for me when it came to my repair. I had to bring my car in twice, after the dashboard lights wouldn’t stop coming on. Oakes Kia is a half hour drive from my home, so it's not exactly the most convenient place for me to take my car for regular service, but I won't take it anywhere else. I have been taking my car to Oakes Kia (formerly Jack Miller Kia) for six years. Jarrod Bolling (and others) always go above and beyond to help me with my Kia Optima of 235k+ miles. They have nice amenities, a helpful shuttle service, and a very kind service department that goes out of its way to help. Thanks, Jarrod!

Steven Carroll was awesome to work with! It took me a long time to decide what color and trim level I wanted, but Steven was very patient and understanding. He checked in periodically but never tried to pressure me. He was very thorough throughout the whole process and spent a lot of time with me going over all of the features of the car and getting everything set up. He has also followed up multiple times after the sale to ensure everything was good. By far the best car buying experience I've had buying a new car! Thanks Steven!

This was our first new car purchase, our first time even looking at and considering a Kia. Darren was great to work with from the start. I just showed up at 4:30pm on a Saturday, just to look at the interior of a Telluride. Darren was helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. My wife and I came back Thursday for a test drive, and we were sold. The process from start to finish was smooth and quick. Darren was a joy to work with and made sure we were taken care of the entire process. We are thrilled with our Telluride and amazed at the ease of the process!

Oakes KIA seems to be a very big dealership. Because of that, they strive to keep transactions as smoothly as possible. Everyone I encountered was polite and helpful. I just felt a little overwhelmed by the number of people and the amount of activity--both virtual and real. I do appreciate that my decisions were respected--no hard sell by anyone.

Everything went great. Where there was a snag was when inspecting the car we found scratches, marks etc. I expect a brand new car with 10 miles on it to be in pristine condition. Michelle and Logan were great working within their means to help alleviate the situation. The staff did not have to work hard to sell my nephew his Tesla, Steve knew exactly which model he wanted and I had good credit so the process was easy and went fairly quickly. My nephew is very happy with the Tesla, especially now that he has a "Super Charger."

Jarrod told me that the police dept was giving out free steering wheel locks to Kia owners. I would never have known about this if he hadn’t told me. I picked one up that same day at KCPD. There has been lots of vandalism to cars and auto theft in my neighborhood, so now I feel better about the safety of my car.
The waiting room was packed with people and an annoying TV program was blaring. It was like a waiting room to enter xxxx. So I walked down to the Dollar Store and CVS instead. By the time I finished my shopping and walked back, my car was ready. There were still some of the same people in the waiting room!

When I met Chelsea on the car lot it was because she came up and introduced herself to me. That was the 4th car lot zi had visited that day and she was the only person I met that worked for their company. That was when I decided to come back and ask for her help on another day. I didn't have her card so when I called to make an appt I.had to describe her and the receptionist knew who I was looking for. Chelsea is genuinely kind and she likes what she does. Because she likes what she does she is good at it. She's smart and interested in knowing her customer. She genuinely cares.

Quick got the job done in an efficient manner polite all round above average job. I did not personally talk to them as Karen took care of everything. Karen made the whole car buying experience the most pleasant of all those in the past. Karen was very knowledgeable in all areas of our slightly used Kia stinger. She took the time to first show us around at the cars we asked very time consuming for her on a rainy day but she was very concerned about a finding us a car we wanted no pressure very much like seeing an old friend. Before the test drive she showed us all the features which there were a lot of and then on the test drive showed us the features as we drove ver knowledgeable she left no questions unanswered she was very prepared as if she had been only selling these forever I just can’t say enough about her professionalism. This goes for the whole whole staff that we had contact with.

The service staff is always friendly and kind! However, there seemed to be some higher management there that walked through without acknowledging that I was there and speaking very unprofessionally. I have never seen them at the dealership before and they were in suit jackets and seemed to be visiting the dealership.

Great service and easy to drop off and pick up. My only watch out was that I wasn't able to make it to pick up my car before service closed (which is totally on me), and they offered to leave my keys at reception, which I accepted. When I got there though, my paperwork and keys were just sitting out for anyone to grab as they walked by. I would have preferred if they were put away somewhere and someone was at the front desk to hand them to me.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots.
Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions.

Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. Appointment set for today at 0715 but dropped off last night to Corey. Got text at 1330 that all was completed. Picked up at 1530 and visited with Corey. He is definitely a keeper!

We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Ryan was professional, knowledgable and patient. Was not considering a hybrid, but with his slight convincing, we are glad we did. I was amazed at how Ryan was able to work multiple deals and still took care of our needs. Undoubtably it was because of Ryan that we purchased our first Kia. We have purchased 7 Hondas since 2001.
