We had a great experience from when we first came to Oakes Kia all the way through until the end of the sale. Our salesmen Darren Iverson made sure we were taken care of. Even after the sale he made sure I had my Kia connect account set up. On my phone and that it was registered on my telluride. The overall experience was great!

I wasn't sure how long the service would take and when I was told I got worried because I had an appointment right after the service appointment. They got my car in right away and got me out of there on time to make it to my next appointment. They were very efficient.

BEST Customer Experience at Oakes Kia! Karen Suarez was our Sales Consultant and she was the best of the best! Karen was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. She showed us all the features of the Kia Sportage Hybrid during our test drive and we ended up ordering the SX Prestige trim . Karen continued to give us updates on the car build. We waited 7 months for our car and it was definitely worth the wait. We worked with Cristian Arechiga on the extended warranty and he was also fantastic. Everyone we met at Oakes Kia was friendly and genuine. We absolutely loved everything about our experience!

The service department is always a pleasure to deal with. They are quick in getting cars done and out to the customer. Jarrod is a great service advisor, and calls to update if anything unexpected is found. He has great communication with customers. If a car is needed so you can go do errands that day, or keep until your car is done, Aly is also great to work with, and her communication with customers is superior. They are both assets to the dealership.

The dealership gave me realistic time frames, were honest about how busy they were. In doing this, I was able to plan appropriately. The dates they gave for service and completion were accurate and did not need to be modified. Nate was very timely and efficient with notifying me by telephone, giving me accurate and concise information. Although I am no expert on automobiles and I am no mechanic, the car runs perfectly. I don’t mind that it took some time to get into the shop and serviced. The fact that they were forthright with the schedule and the quality of the work are highly commendable.

Had windshield repaired by outside vendor who was quick and guaranteed work. During that time, spoke with Dan Baxtor who actually listened. Was very competent, accommodating, and thorough. Pulled my vehicle up on the screen and reviewed all service work that had been performed by Oakes. Unfortunately, it did not include the brakes and why an appointment for warranty work is scheduled. Feel comfortable he will ensure the issue is resolved. Cannot say the same about some other service departments.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anh. He made the entire process quick and easy. He did everything he could to get me to the price point I needed to be at. I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. No pressure environment though out the entire process. I would have no hesitation going back to purchase again.

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. The service staff is always friendly and kind! However, there seemed to be some higher management there that walked through without acknowledging that I was there and speaking very unprofessionally. I have never seen them at the dealership before and they were in suit jackets and seemed to be visiting the dealership.

Great service and easy to drop off and pick up. My only watch out was that I wasn't able to make it to pick up my car before service closed (which is totally on me), and they offered to leave my keys at reception, which I accepted. When I got there though, my paperwork and keys were just sitting out for anyone to grab as they walked by. I would have preferred if they were put away somewhere and someone was at the front desk to hand them to me.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions. The measure of a person really shows when there is nothing to gain but you give it your all anyways ❤️

Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Ryan was professional, knowledgable and patient. Was not considering a hybrid, but with his slight convincing, we are glad we did. I was amazed at how Ryan was able to work multiple deals and still took care of our needs. Undoubtably it was because of Ryan that we purchased our first Kia. We have purchased 7 Hondas since 2001.
