This is my 2nd time buying a vehicle from Oakes Kia and it was an amazing experience from start to finish, even after the initial purchase! I worked with Logan Gaynor and he was so kind, very professional, and not at all pushy. They gave me a hell of a deal on my new car, much better of a deal than any other Kia dealership in the area was willing to give me! A few days after buying my new Kia, I had discovered there were a few hail dings on it. No big deal, I figured it was from recent storms in the KC area and it had just not been discovered by the dealership at that point. It happens. So, I messaged Logan and he was prompt in his response and assured me they would take care of it. I went ahead and got an estimate, had the work done to repair the hail dings and sent over the invoice to the dealership. They had a check out to me soon after, no questions asked. This is how you treat a customer! I will be doing business with them again in the future when I'm looking for my next vehicle, without a doubt! 11/10 recommend. Kudos to Logan and Oakes Kia for making me feel like a valued customer. 🙌

Marion was SO amazing!! Did not pressure us at all and helped us find the right ride for us. The experience was soooooo calm and relaxed. We didn’t spend hours at the dealership we came, test drove, texted Marion our thoughts and he hooked us up!!! When we closed, he also gave us the cutest bag with thoughtful gifts. 100% would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. We also closed our final paperwork with Max D. He was so incredibly helpful and educated us on all of the warranty options and details! They were both super personable and we will be going back to them in the future.

Service department - 5 stars love you guys. Left Shawnee Mission Kia for you guys! Sales department - also 5 stars really great. Whoever decided to remove Carfax reports from the website - 0 Stars. It saves SOOOOOO much time when considering a vehicle to see if there has been accidents, damage, and good service records. It also does well at reliability outlook. Autocheck is garbage. Bring back Carfax - it makes your sales process more efficient!

Not only that but Dustin in accounting did everything in his power to get me a better price with better coverage as well. My experience at this location was amazing. They work hard to help get you what you need and the biggest thing is they EXPLAIN why things are the way they are and don’t leave you in the dark. I plan to get cars from here any time I need one.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions. The measure of a person really shows when there is nothing to gain but you give it your all anyways ❤️

Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

Very happy with my experience here. Everyone was very friendly in general - not aggressive or pushy like previous dealerships I have been to in the past. Blake and his trainee Brooke were amazing. Blake was juggling multiple things - running around in this awful heat - but still happily filled and got multiple cars for me to test drive and answered all my questions (and questions my husband sent me with haha). They spent a better part of the afternoon with me, making sure I was confident and happy with my decision. To my surprise, Blake encouraged me to test drive a vehicle different than the one I thought I was in love with based on what I described I was looking for, (and my husband actually told me I’d end up in), and curse them both, they were right! 🙄 But, I absolutely love it and couldn’t be happier. Thanks Blake and Brooke!

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. He broke down models and features, answered my questions, and somehow made buying a car feel completely stress-free. No pressure, no awkward salesman nonsense, no headache!! We had a great experience at Oakes Kia of Olathe. They had lots of inventory to choose from. We had one the best car buying experiences because of our sales person, Max Douglass. He kept us informed, was very giving and generous of his time and made sure that things were as smooth as possible. The service staff is always friendly and kind! However, there seemed to be some higher management there that walked through without acknowledging that I was there and speaking very unprofessionally. I have never seen them at the dealership before and they were in suit jackets and seemed to be visiting the dealership.

Great service and easy to drop off and pick up. My only watch out was that I wasn't able to make it to pick up my car before service closed (which is totally on me), and they offered to leave my keys at reception, which I accepted. When I got there though, my paperwork and keys were just sitting out for anyone to grab as they walked by. I would have preferred if they were put away somewhere and someone was at the front desk to hand them to me.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions. The measure of a person really shows when there is nothing to gain but you give it your all anyways ❤️

Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Ryan was professional, knowledgable and patient. Was not considering a hybrid, but with his slight convincing, we are glad we did. I was amazed at how Ryan was able to work multiple deals and still took care of our needs. Undoubtably it was because of Ryan that we purchased our first Kia. We have purchased 7 Hondas since 2001.
