Our salesman, Reagan Russell, was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. He also did what he could to speed things up, which we appreciated. My review is based on his actions. We had completed the online pre-qualification beforehand, hoping it would make the purchase faster. Unfortunately, the overall process still took nearly five hours, with most of that time spent waiting. I would give Reagan five stars for his service, but only two stars for the dealership’s process, which needs to be much more efficient.

I met Reagan. He is very good and excellent. I felt very good experience with him in the whole process of getting car. He explained everything to me with very patience. I felt very satisfied Overall I got good experience with Reagon for assisting me.

TL;DR: Noah Phillips can solve a rubicks cube in under a minute; he can probably solve whatever problem you have and help you find a car you love. I recently bought a certified pre-owned Ev6 and had a great experience working with Noah and the Oakes kia team. Noah made the process easy, and explained each step clearly. The previously owned car I purchased needed a deep cleaning, Noah went above and beyond to make sure the car was immaculate and fully charged for me to pick up. Noah is well trained and knowledgeable on Ev vehicles, and was able to answer all my questions as a new Ev owner. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, especially an Ev, I recommend reaching out to Noah Phillips!

He walked me all around the car and explained all the features before I ever got behind the wheel when it came time to talk #'s he explained all the current warranties and even got me more on my trade than originally quoted even offered to fill up the tank without me asking and bought my son snacks from QT then took him on a test drive when I was filling out paperwork. Lorraine my finance advisor was able to get me a good affordable warranty and put a movie on for background noise then when it came time leave Christian help me set all my programs in the car. Seriously the best car buying experience ever may never go elsewhere.
