Everyone was very kind to us. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They were very efficient and patient. They answered all our questions, and we had a lot (teenager car)! They do not work on commissions so there was no pressure, no hassle, and no xx! Best experience I have ever had at a dealership!

Cam Mathis is the guy to see here at Oakes. His helpfulness from beginning to end of the process was bar none. It was my first time buying a vehicle remotely and he made the whole process so easy. All I had to do was show up grab my keys and go get some KC BBQ, at a place he recommended as well. The whole team at Oakes seems top notch but Cam is definitely among the best.

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. Appointment set for today at 0715 but dropped off last night to Corey. Got text at 1330 that all was completed. Picked up at 1530 and visited with Corey. He is definitely a keeper! 1. Attention to detail 2. Courteous 3. kept timely updates 4. Explained all work 5. Walked me to vehicle to make certain I wasn't blocked in. This is how Customer Service should be---Thanks

I had such a great experience with purchasing my Sorento. Bailey was awesome! From the very beginning, she was honest, straightforward, and incredibly easy to work with. I was there last Saturday and purchased my 4th new Kia from Oakes. Jonah was very eager to assist and was very helpful. He even handled my demand of test driving the car to my house to ensure it fit in my garage. After I left the lot I had something come up. I reached out and Jonah was so awesome to get back with me after hours and on Sunday to ensure everything was taken care of! Jonah was great to work with!

I was in the market for a car and honestly expected the whole process to be stressful, but Anh made it surprisingly easy from start to finish. He took the time to figure out exactly what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured into buying something I didn't want. What I appreciated most was how genuine he was. He was knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to, which made a huge difference. It never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. It felt like he actually wanted to help me find the right vehicle and make sure I left happy. We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Richard Dobbeleare in service took very great care of me. We found out there was a system error with my account but also needed my engine checked. Long story short, I was in a loaner for 40 days while the system error was corrected and received a new engine that fell under warranty. Richard made sure I did not pay a dime for my loaner since the original error was on Kia. While my car was with them, Richard communicated weekly updates with me. Anytime I have to bring my car in for maintenance, I look forward to seeing Richard. His staff is great and working with any one of them is a pleasure!

I bought an amazing Lexus GX 550 from Oakes Kia yesterday and had a great experience working with Jonah Hale. The entire process was very low pressure, which I really appreciated. He was straightforward, easy to work with, very knowledge, and answered all of my questions. They also gave me a very fair value on my trade-in, which made the deal even easier to move forward with. When it came to financing, the rate they offered was about the same as what I would have gotten if I had gone out and secured financing on my own, which showed they were being competitive and transparent. My husband and I just bought a Kia EV6 used with Brian. This was one of the best auto purchasing experiences we have had! Brian was such a great person to work with! He helped us set up all of the stuff ahead of time since we had to drive two hours to get to the dealership. He also knew so much about the vehicle that we were purchasing, including the specific specs about the exact vehicle that we were purchasing and not just information about the EV6 generally. He took the time to sit down to us and talk to us about all the things about the car, but then also during waiting times He was still just such a great host and a great communicator about everything going on with the process. Everything was done so quickly so seamlessly he talked us through everything. He stayed a little bit late just to make sure everything went through before we left. It was seriously the best buying experience we could’ve asked for! We got a great deal! Had a quick and easy experience! And we would recommend!

He was ready for our test drive in minutes, was knowledgable, thoughtful and genuinely seemed interested in helping us make a good choice. He was patient, prompt and accurate with our paperwork. I purchased a vehicle yesterday and I had the BEST experience with Bird and Lorraine. I took a few test drives with Bailey Boggs and she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I ended up going to Ford because the Expedition had more size than the Telluride and better 4wd than the Carnival but both those vehicles were very nice. I've visited Oakes Kia twice now for service, and have had a positive experience both times. I was visiting initially for a recall inspection + oil change and tire rotation. Service was QUICK, and the Service Advisor was very kind and efficient. They ordered the part needed for the recall, completed the other services, and sent me happily on my way. I found the charges for the oil change and tire rotation to be fair and competitive with the market. My second visit was this past week, for the installation of the part for the recall. I was quoted an extremely accurate wait time, and was given a comprehensive list of suggested services due to my Kia's mileage. The Service Advisor (Tim H.) explained these items to me in a way I could understand (not being a car expert or mechanic) AND in a way that was respectful/not condescending -- which has been a rare occurrence for me in my visits with other mechanic shops/dealerships historically. Tim also did not push me to complete or schedule those services immediately in a "sales-y" manner which I appreciated. I will be returning though, to complete those. Unrelated to the Service Advisors/Service Team: The waiting areas (there's two -- a main area with chairs, and then a smaller room that's quieter with a couple tables for people like me who needed to work!) were clean, and I was shown the restrooms, refreshment stations, and given the WiFi password without needing to ask. It's these "small things" that make or break an experience when one needs to be there for several hours.

Well, I bought my car two months ago. The sales lady was great to work with. Take my car in for first oil, change and service department and family and fast. Then when I left, they noticed the small pedal of oil called to bring it back in and fix the filter without even asking or complaining the sub department gave me a free oil change on my VIP package. They have some service.

Working with Bryan was great. He was super personable and made everything super quick and easy! I would 1000% work with Bryan again and recommend anyone I know to work with him! Lyric was very nice and knowledgeable. My only feedback is it felt like meeting with him took forever. It was already 7pm and I sat in his office for over an hour, which made me get home super late in the evening. I feel like the process definitely could be sped up.

They were not pushy and explained everything well. The only problem I had was doing the closing over the phone. Being sent lots of documents to sign on a small phone screen in a short amount of time was a bit overwhelming for me. All in all, it was a good process.

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

I am very pleased with Oakes Kia. I have purchased three cars from there in the last six months. The last one I purchased was a replacement for a smaller car that I just wanted a bigger car and purchased a carnivalminivan. Lyric, Chuck, and Meaghan are outstanding. They are not high-pressure and they provide the outstanding customer support that I’m sure Kia expects from them. I feel really comfortable when I’m buying a car dealing with these three as I know that I’m getting a fair deal and they’re not giving me any malarky. I was greeted when I walked in the door with a friendly smile asking how they could help me. When I was interested in test driving a car, a sales person was there shortly to help me. Listened to what I needed and I test drove the Sportage and Sorento a couple times.

Dealership has been helpful when called upon. There have been a number of recalls on my Telluride and they've been helpful each time.

I arrived at my appointment time and was checked in promptly. Richard reviewed to work to be done on my car before and after the repair. I was very satisfied with my experience at Oakes KIA.
