I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anh. He made the entire process quick and easy. He did everything he could to get me to the price point I needed to be at. I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. No pressure environment though out the entire process. I would have no hesitation going back to purchase again.

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. He broke down models and features, answered my questions, and somehow made buying a car feel completely stress-free. No pressure, no awkward salesman nonsense, no headache!! Dealership was ready for me at scheduled time. Service tech was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The requested work was done quickly but more importantly done correctly and vehicle returned to me clean. KIA staff told me that my suv problem had rings get carbon build up on the pistons causing them to stick and use oil into the cylinders. Service fixed and hope it will be ok. Staff were awesome.

I don't usually write reviews but I have to today! Stacy Blohm in sales, the used car manager and the finance manager took such good care of me in an emergency. I can't say enough good things about them. I am a traveling medical worker and my vehicle was damaged (not by me). The repair was going to cost several thousand dollars on an older vehicle. I cannot do my job and see my patients without a safe running vehicle and this incident being unexpected, I was not exactly financially prepared. This team went above and beyond to get me into a beautiful, safe vehicle large enough for my equipment and worked very hard to get it in my price range. Then to top it off they added coverage they knew I would need because I dive so much. This team not only positively affected the quality of my life, but because of them I did not miss even one shift! I walked in at 10am and was out by 1. I didn't have to send strangers to my patients or leave them without care. With all my heart, thank you guys! My family will be using you for our vehicle purchases from now on.

The low pressure approach to sales at Oaks Kia is fabulous. Our sales person (Travis) listened to what we wanted and what our budgetary limits were. He found several cars that met our needs. He continued to listen and modify the cars he presented as he educated us and we refined our needs. In the end we got a car that was perfect. I appreciate that there was a team of people supporting sales but I never felt pressured or neglected, just the right amount. Absolutely would return to buy another car.
