We had the pleasure of working with Gary while shopping for a new car. There wasn’t much on the lot available but he made sure to go over all of the inventory and trim packages that they were expecting to get delivered. We found the perfect 2023 Kia Sportage and never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Gary even made sure we were well supplied with snacks while we waited on the financials to get pulled together. We would highly recommend Gary and Oakes Kia!

Oakes Kia's Service staff is always personable and straight forward about the work they are doing and suggestions for additional work. I never feel like they are just trying to fatten up my bill. They provide realistic timelines for the additional repairs they have suggested which helps me prioritize car issues without busting my buget. The scheduling staff is also great and flexible!

I stopped by the dealership on a whim during my lunch hour to look at pre-owned vehicles. Found three that interested me. I came into the sales office and met with bailey. She gave me information on all three and helped me narrow my choice down to one. Top shelf experience in all respects offered by Max! It was definitely worth driving two and a half hours from Wichita to Oakes Kia of Olathe to purchase our 2026 Sorento Hybrid. Our salesman, Reagan Russell, was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. He also did what he could to speed things up, which we appreciated. My review is based on his actions. We had completed the online pre-qualification beforehand, hoping it would make the purchase faster. Unfortunately, the overall process still took nearly five hours, with most of that time spent waiting. I would give Reagan five stars for his service, but only two stars for the dealership’s process, which needs to be much more efficient.

TL;DR: Noah Phillips can solve a rubicks cube in under a minute; he can probably solve whatever problem you have and help you find a car you love. I recently bought a certified pre-owned Ev6 and had a great experience working with Noah and the Oakes kia team. Noah made the process easy, and explained each step clearly. The previously owned car I purchased needed a deep cleaning, Noah went above and beyond to make sure the car was immaculate and fully charged for me to pick up. Noah is well trained and knowledgeable on Ev vehicles, and was able to answer all my questions as a new Ev owner. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, especially an Ev, I recommend reaching out to Noah Phillips!

I have had the pleasure of working with everyone in the service department at this dealership, and I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience. To make an extremely long story short, this was the third Kia dealership I had gone to for help with this issue, and they were the first ones to actually take the time to help me. Instead of simply charging me a fortune and telling me it was fixed when it very clearly wasn’t, they listened, took my concerns seriously, and worked with me to get to the bottom of the problem. Going to a dealership can be stressful enough, especially when you’re dealing with ongoing car issues, but they made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I am incredibly grateful for their help and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honest, helpful, and trustworthy service!

We had such a great experience!! What started out as a Facebook Marketplace conversation ended up with us working with the dealership, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Nola Hunter and Noah Phillips were absolutely AMAZING to work with. They were so kind, helpful, patient and PERSONABLE through the whole process and genuinely made everything so easy for us while we figured out our game plan. My husband works long hours and we live over an hour away and they made communication so easy through texts and phone calls, even to our bankers to help make our process easier. We did have another local dealership try to basically steal us as customers, and the way they went about it was honestly pretty rude. It really made me appreciate Nola and Noah even more because they NEVER made us feel pressured or like we were just another sale, all while being confident and efficient. They were determined to work with us and figure out a deal that worked best for our family. They were just genuinely great people to work with and made the whole experience enjoyable. My husband has been pretty much anti-dealership until working with Nola & Noah and that says A LOT lol! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!! I hope their bosses see this & take them out to a fancy steak dinner because they DESERVE IT!! Great service and easy to drop off and pick up. My only watch out was that I wasn&#039;t able to make it to pick up my car before service closed (which is totally on me), and they offered to leave my keys at reception, which I accepted. When I got there though, my paperwork and keys were just sitting out for anyone to grab as they walked by. I would have preferred if they were put away somewhere and someone was at the front desk to hand them to me.

Well, I bought my car two months ago. The sales lady was great to work with. Take my car in for first oil, change and service department and family and fast. Then when I left, they noticed the small pedal of oil called to bring it back in and fix the filter without even asking or complaining the sub department gave me a free oil change on my VIP package. They have some service.

Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

Everyone was very kind to us. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They were very efficient and patient. They answered all our questions, and we had a lot (teenager car)! They do not work on commissions so there was no pressure, no hassle, and no xx! Best experience I have ever had at a dealership!

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. Appointment set for today at 0715 but dropped off last night to Corey. Got text at 1330 that all was completed. Picked up at 1530 and visited with Corey. He is definitely a keeper! 1. Attention to detail 2. Courteous 3. kept timely updates 4. Explained all work 5. Walked me to vehicle to make certain I wasn&#039;t blocked in. This is how Customer Service should be---Thanks

We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Ryan was professional, knowledgable and patient. Was not considering a hybrid, but with his slight convincing, we are glad we did. I was amazed at how Ryan was able to work multiple deals and still took care of our needs. Undoubtably it was because of Ryan that we purchased our first Kia. We have purchased 7 Hondas since 2001. With Ryan&#039;s superior knowledge of the product and his experience in the Auto sales industry we are grateful to have him as our salesperson.
