After a lot of discussion, he was even able to offer us a more affordable warranty option that worked better for our budget. Well, I made way to the dealership for service on a 2014 Soul with 97K miles on the odom that had lost its brakes. I was happily surprised to see that it had changed hands and was now an OAKES dealership. Long story short, I ended up driving out in a new 2025 Soul with 7 miles on the odom. The entire process including dealing with Josh in service and Justin in sales was everything a car buying experience should be. Easy, respectful, and honest. It should be noted that 97% of the process was accomplished via text and phone call with Justin who was great to work with. I am extremely grateful to everyone for the experience and can't speak highly enough of the OAKES ownership in Olathe - big win for us in the southland.

I came to the dealership with an idea of the car I wanted, but I also wanted the chance to look around. I was able to do this freely without feeling pressured - just a few friendly check-ins from salespeople to make sure I was doing okay. I eventually found the car I had in mind and went inside to start the process. Kyle assisted me with everything, from the test drive to the paperwork. Oakes Kia had a 2024 Mustang GT with all the options I was looking for. I have been in automotive sales and sales management for 6 years. So I am incredibly critical when on this side of the transaction. That being said this was the best car buying experience I have had in my life and its not even close. Blake Reynolds was my salesperson and he was amazing. Responded to all my questions promptly and with enthusiasm. Sent me a great video of the car before my arrival. Had it cleaned and full of gas when I got there. He had me geniuinely excited to do business with them. Blake and his manager Christian were very transparent and fair during negotiations. I geniunely feel like I got a great deal. Since I am in the business I am very familiar with vehicle values, so not only do I feel like I got a great deal, I actually know I got a great deal so if you're considering shopping here I can tell you it is most likely a great deal! They are a volume dealer so they don't try to make much money per client. That is great for the client lol.
