Very pleasant to deal with, got busy but everyone was still extremely nice from the woman who helps to take care of the great waiting room to my service man. We had a great experience working with Oakes Kia in Olathe! Ryan was super helpful and great to work with. He sent us pictures of him in the Telluride models we were looking at to see if the space would work for our family and answered all of our questions before we came in to buy. He had the ones we wanted to look at waiting for us when we arrived and because of his help we drove down from north KC. Courtney with financing was also wonderful to work with!

Came here with a 19 Stinger to trade in for an IS 350 F SPORT RWD Fully loaded and they beat out the price of the actual lexus dealership!!!! The Lexus dealer wanted the same price for double the miles and less features. If you can get in contact with Dom Braswell, this guy is amazing. He hooked me up big time, super friendly and transparent and willing to help and answer any questions. Gave me a fair price on the stinger with 89.8k miles evaluating a trade at $15k but after trade in discounts on the new car it really ends up being closer to $18k. I ended up with a better car with less miles in the end and couldn’t be happier.

I had some bad hail damage to my vehicle and was tired of it looking dingey. On top of that we were in desperate need of more space for our ever-growing family. My wife and I were hesitant to go into car dealerships from previous experiences. The whole thing has left a bad taste in our mouth but we decided to give it another shot! Cam Mathis is the guy to see here at Oakes. His helpfulness from beginning to end of the process was bar none. It was my first time buying a vehicle remotely and he made the whole process so easy. Richard Dobbeleare in service took very great care of me. We found out there was a system error with my account but also needed my engine checked. Long story short, I was in a loaner for 40 days while the system error was corrected and received a new engine that fell under warranty. Richard made sure I did not pay a dime for my loaner since the original error was on Kia. While my car was with them, Richard communicated weekly updates with me. Anytime I have to bring my car in for maintenance, I look forward to seeing Richard. His staff is great and working with any one of them is a pleasure!

Well, I bought my car two months ago. The sales lady was great to work with. Take my car in for first oil, change and service department and family and fast. Then when I left, they noticed the small pedal of oil called to bring it back in and fix the filter without even asking or complaining the sub department gave me a free oil change on my VIP package. They have some service.

We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

I give a lot of credit to Oaks Kia for being able to do right by the customer. I met with Noah to look at and buy a car. Noah made the process pretty straight forward and communicated well with everything. Overall, I am pretty happy with the purchase and will recommend Oaks Kia for anyone looking to find themselves a good vehicle.

I was greeted when I walked in the door with a friendly smile asking how they could help me. When I was interested in test driving a car, a sales person was there shortly to help me. Listened to what I needed and I test drove the Sportage and Sorento a couple times.
