I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anh. He made the entire process quick and easy. He did everything he could to get me to the price point I needed to be at. I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. No pressure environment though out the entire process. I would have no hesitation going back to purchase again.

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. He broke down models and features, answered my questions, and somehow made buying a car feel completely stress-free. No pressure, no awkward salesman nonsense, no headache!! I like comfort I don’t feel like you’re on the floor of the car when you hit a bump Lyric was excellent. Took a long time with me. Help me move stuff over into the car. All the staff at Oakes Kia were extremely helpful and accommodating. They were amazing at communication throughout the entire process of purchasing a new vehicle. They were very personable and were extremely welcoming. They went above and beyond, my experience there was the best i’ve ever had at a dealership.

No pressure dealership. Listens to your needs then finds vehicle for you. All departments dealt with so far seem genuinely invested in good customer service.

Stephen was absolutely amazing to work with and we highly recommend Oakes Kia! We had a time crunch to get our son a car before he went back to college and Stephen made it so smooth and seamless and we were able to drive away with the car that night (Stephen even stayed 2 hours later than usual to help us). The process was quick and easy and we are so impressed with all the warranties included! Thanks Stephen!!!

Kevin Roth was an excellent representative of Oakes Kia. My problem was the finance person using my city as my street and I didn’t catch it as he went too fast. However, Karen Suarez corrected the next week when I was back in to get more info from Kevin on the tech side of car. Karen was kind and reassuring that address was corrected. I’d give her highest rating along with Kevin. Not sure exactly what Meagan had to do with my purchase other than introducing herself. I was told that someone from service would contact me and so far that has not happened. I got a survey from them on recent service which I responded to that the only service I’d received was when Kevin put the correct amount of air in my tires. I will be making another appointment with Kevin to go over more features once weather is good. I’m hoping for a long and satisfactory experience with Oakes, especially since I bought the 5 year service plan and 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. Will someone from service be contacting me to set appointment for first oil change in 5-6 months??

We were very happy with the professionalism of everyone we dealt with through the transaction. We felt everyone was genuine and didn’t use the normal hard sell other dealerships use. We will buy again from Oakes.
