Everyone was very kind to us. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They were very efficient and patient. They answered all our questions, and we had a lot (teenager car)! They do not work on commissions so there was no pressure, no hassle, and no xx! Best experience I have ever had at a dealership!

Cam Mathis is the guy to see here at Oakes. His helpfulness from beginning to end of the process was bar none. It was my first time buying a vehicle remotely and he made the whole process so easy. All I had to do was show up grab my keys and go get some KC BBQ, at a place he recommended as well. The whole team at Oakes seems top notch but Cam is definitely among the best.

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. Appointment set for today at 0715 but dropped off last night to Corey. Got text at 1330 that all was completed. Picked up at 1530 and visited with Corey. He is definitely a keeper! 1. Attention to detail 2. Courteous 3. kept timely updates 4. Explained all work 5. Walked me to vehicle to make certain I wasn't blocked in. This is how Customer Service should be---Thanks

I was there last Saturday and purchased my 4th new Kia from Oakes. Jonah was very eager to assist and was very helpful. He even handled my demand of test driving the car to my house to ensure it fit in my garage. After I left the lot I had something come up. I was in the market for a car and honestly expected the whole process to be stressful, but Anh made it surprisingly easy from start to finish. He took the time to figure out exactly what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured into buying something I didn't want. What I appreciated most was how genuine he was. He was knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to, which made a huge difference. It never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. It felt like he actually wanted to help me find the right vehicle and make sure I left happy. Buying a car is a big decision, and thanks to Anh, it ended up being one of the best dealership experiences I've had. We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Richard Dobbeleare in service took very great care of me. We found out there was a system error with my account but also needed my engine checked. Long story short, I was in a loaner for 40 days while the system error was corrected and received a new engine that fell under warranty. Richard made sure I did not pay a dime for my loaner since the original error was on Kia. While my car was with them, Richard communicated weekly updates with me. Anytime I have to bring my car in for maintenance, I look forward to seeing Richard. His staff is great and working with any one of them is a pleasure!

Richard Dobbeleare in service took very great care of me. We found out there was a system error with my account but also needed my engine checked. Long story short, I was in a loaner for 40 days while the system error was corrected and received a new engine that fell under warranty. Richard made sure I did not pay a dime for my loaner since the original error was on Kia. While my car was with them, Richard communicated weekly updates with me. Anytime I have to bring my car in for maintenance, I look forward to seeing Richard. His staff is great and working with any one of them is a pleasure!

Well, I bought my car two months ago. The sales lady was great to work with. Take my car in for first oil, change and service department and family and fast. Then when I left, they noticed the small pedal of oil called to bring it back in and fix the filter without even asking or complaining the sub department gave me a free oil change on my VIP package. They have some service.

Working with Bryan was great. He was super personable and made everything super quick and easy! I would 1000% work with Bryan again and recommend anyone I know to work with him! Lyric was very nice and knowledgeable. My only feedback is it felt like meeting with him took forever. I had purchased a car last year from Kia was not pleased and had some issues and just decided to trade it and then I met Lyric and he really took the time to listen to my concerns paid attention to what I was concerned about and put me in a car that I was much happier with I haven’t driven it very much yet but it is much more comfortable more my style of car I’m 75 years old. I like comfort I don’t feel like you’re on the floor of the car when you hit a bump Lyric was excellent. Took a long time with me. Help me move stuff over into the car. The world would be much better off with more sales people like Lyric.

Kevin Roth was an excellent representative of Oakes Kia. My problem was the finance person using my city as my street and I didn’t catch it as he went too fast. However, Karen Suarez corrected the next week when I was back in to get more info from Kevin on the tech side of car. Karen was kind and reassuring that address was corrected. I’d give her highest rating along with Kevin. Not sure exactly what Meagan had to do with my purchase other than introducing herself. I was told that someone from service would contact me and so far that has not happened. I got a survey from them on recent service which I responded to that the only service I’d received was when Kevin put the correct amount of air in my tires. I will be making another appointment with Kevin to go over more features once weather is good. I’m hoping for a long and satisfactory experience with Oakes, especially since I bought the 5 year service plan and 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. Will someone from service be contacting me to set appointment for first oil change in 5-6 months??

We purchased our car from Oaks Kia with Chips' help November 2023. He was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, informative, helpful and patient. He never once made us feel like we were just a paycheck for him. We liked him and Oaks Kia so much that when we thought we needed to get a new car last year they were the first place we thought of going. We got to work with Chip again which we were really happy about. We didn't even realize it right away but we ended up going there the same day that we had bought our car the year before! While we didn't end up getting a car this time around we had just as good of an experience as last time. I have bought and sold more than 200 cars in my lifetime and I have purchased many many vehicles at dealerships. Once in a while you run across a dealership that really is a pleasure to di business with. I have bought from 3 other kia dealers, but never Oakes. It was nice to have a honest transaction at a place that was not predatory and that would rather make a deal that was acceptable to the customer rather than trying to bully their way into the customers pocket with front end xx products and fake xx discounts that you "don't qualify for". Nobody appreciates that and it's a horrible way to treat a customer. They found a way to get me what I wanted for my trade by using rebates and vehicle discount rather than haggling with me to get the very most they could have. That's a good way to do business and I will certainly go there first for my next Kia purchase. Also, my sales person was very friendly and didn't try to use even one annoying word track sales approach with me.

The car buying process went very smoothly, Taylor is a great salesman. my issue is with finance, the address on my title was screwed up initially, so I had to get that changed and due to oakes screwing up the address I still haven't gotten my payment book from the credit union. Besides that, the vehicle i traded in still shows up on my credit karma account as if I still owe on it and traded it in on September 16th.
