I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anh. He made the entire process quick and easy. He did everything he could to get me to the price point I needed to be at. I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. No pressure environment though out the entire process. I would have no hesitation going back to purchase again.

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. He broke down models and features, answered my questions, and somehow made buying a car feel completely stress-free. No pressure, no awkward salesman nonsense, no headache!! Came here with a 19 Stinger to trade in for an IS 350 F SPORT RWD Fully loaded and they beat out the price of the actual lexus dealership!!!! The Lexus dealer wanted the same price for double the miles and less features. If you can get in contact with Dom Braswell, this guy is amazing. He hooked me up big time, super friendly and transparent and willing to help and answer any questions. Gave me a fair price on the stinger with 89.8k miles evaluating a trade at $15k but after trade in discounts on the new car it really ends up being closer to $18k. I ended up with a better car with less miles in the end and couldn’t be happier.

He was straightforward, easy to work with, very knowledge, and answered all of my questions. They also gave me a very fair value on my trade-in, which made the deal even easier to move forward with. When it came to financing, the rate they offered was about the same as what I would have gotten if I had gone out and secured financing on my own, which showed they were being competitive and transparent. My husband and I just bought a Kia EV6 used with Brian. This was one of the best auto purchasing experiences we have had! Brian was such a great person to work with! He helped us set up all of the stuff ahead of time since we had to drive two hours to get to the dealership. He also knew so much about the vehicle that we were purchasing, including the specific specs about the exact vehicle that we were purchasing and not just information about the EV6 generally. He took the time to sit down to us and talk to us about all the things about the car, but then also during waiting times He was still just such a great host and a great communicator about everything going on with the process. Everything was done so quickly so seamlessly he talked us through everything. He stayed a little bit late just to make sure everything went through before we left. It was seriously the best buying experience we could’ve asked for! We got a great deal! Had a quick and easy experience! And we would recommend!

The service staff is always friendly and kind! However, there seemed to be some higher management there that walked through without acknowledging that I was there and speaking very unprofessionally. I have never seen them at the dealership before and they were in suit jackets and seemed to be visiting the dealership.

Great service and easy to drop off and pick up. My only watch out was that I wasn't able to make it to pick up my car before service closed (which is totally on me), and they offered to leave my keys at reception, which I accepted. When I got there though, my paperwork and keys were just sitting out for anyone to grab as they walked by. I would have preferred if they were put away somewhere and someone was at the front desk to hand them to me.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions. Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.

Ryan was professional, knowledgable and patient. Was not considering a hybrid, but with his slight convincing, we are glad we did. I was amazed at how Ryan was able to work multiple deals and still took care of our needs. Undoubtably it was because of Ryan that we purchased our first Kia. We have purchased 7 Hondas since 2001. With Ryan's superior knowledge of the product and his experience in the Auto sales industry we are grateful to have him as our salesperson.
