There are few things I hate worse than going to a dealership to buy a car!! Dealing with pushy sales people who don't care about anything but making the sale is always the case. Surprisingly, working with Ryan was just the opposite! He was polite and friendly right from the start. We were wondering around the lot and he was grabbing a car for someone else. He asked if we had an appointment or was working with anyone. When we said no, he said he would be right back out to help us. I told him I wanted to drive the Sorento. He didn't waste any time, grabbed keys and off we went. During the drive he told me all about the vehicle and answered all my questions which saved a lot of time back in the store. Ryan came in on his day off for us to finalize the paperwork and pick up the car. Much to his surprise, we picked up two cars that day!! My husband was so impressed with Ryan and the service he provided, he decided to buy one too!! if you are looking for an easy, no pressure, knowledgeable, accommodating, all around good guy- Ryan is your guy!!

Kia Feedback We started our search for a new car in February of this year. Narrowed it down to four brands. I test drove the 2026 Sportage but not convinced of a hybrid. Narrowed down to two brands. Key features were comfort, quiet and style. The others I test drove were not that exciting . I narrowed it down to Honda or Kia. Went back into Oakes and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I asked for the best Salesperson available. This was my second visit to the dealership. When I met Ryan O’Odonnell I asked a few basic questions and knew immediately he was knowledgeable and willing to work with me. My decision was clear after visiting with him. We came to a fair price but told him I needed to think about it overnight and he gave me that courtesy. The next day I called and said we would like to pursue buying, Ryan said unfortunately the one we were interested in had sold however he was able to locate another from Oakes sister store and get it to the store that same day. Ryan was not at all a pressure salesman. He knew what I wanted. Realized I was torn about a hybrid but gave me reasons to consider one. All excellent points. I was amazed that he was able to work multiple deals and still take care of me. That day he was working 4-5 deals. His professionalism, knowledge and listening to what I wanted convinced me to buy a Kia Sportage. We have purchased 7 new Honda’s with the same salesman in the past, prior to moving to Kansas. We look forward to working with Ryan and Kia. I strongly suggest asking for Ryan O’Donnell on your next purchase. I also have received good feedback regarding Oakes service department.
